Horrible rooms. Moldy and rusty. Mirror was so dirty and hair in the shower. Beds were no comfortable and was leaning. We checked out and went next door.

The hotel is really terrible, I don't recommend it. The room was dirty, the windows didn't even have curtains. Everything was terrible.

This place was completely disgusting. We opened the door and closed it back. I would not even sit on the bed. Drug addicts all outside being load. Went and turned the key back in right away and they wouldnt refund our money for that night. Dont believe the pictures on the website.

It probably did not help that we came a day before hurricane Milton was to hit Florida. I had made an online reservation and had also called the previous day to reserve another room. We arrived at 6:15PM. It took one and 1/2 hours to get checked in. I have to give kuddos to the lady doing the check ins. She was doing the best she could under the circumstances. They were cleaning rooms as we waited to get folks into a room. They apparently are in the process of remodeling. We had 2 rooms - no TV because they were not working. My toilet was broken and would not flush. The Internet was restricted or metered because it quit working and my bathroom door would not close. I would strongly recommend that the owners of the property visit each and every room to see what shape they are in. I had asked for maintenance to come fix the TV and nobody ever showed up.

Extremely disappointed. We checked out early, my receipt said 10/10 was returned but the girl at the counter said I would not receive a refund for the difference. I did not complain about our room: bathroom door would not close, or open all the way for that matter. Toilet seat was cracked and a 1" gap under the door leading outside. We are very grateful for having a safe place to evacuate to, but very upset that a whole night will not be refunded to me when I checked out before the checkout time

Terrible smelled like smoke on the lobby and room. Room had little dead roaches and was super dirty and falling apart. Looked a place where crimes are committed.

It fridge didnt work...leaky windows..not enough pillowz 4 a king bed..2 was not enough..out let was behind head board and had 2 have 6way to use corded stuff

During my stay the pool was still open and the outside food bar was a plus as well. Minor things could be updated as a whole with the property but for what its worth it was a decent, affordable, and comfortable stay.

On stay for 22nd tub wouldn’t drain. For 23-24th the tub drained on to floors. We soaked most up by towels then told staff that tried to blame me. Carpets are filthy and rooms stink. Nothing was dusted nor vacuum. Furniture and fixtures are old and breaking. There are many code violations. Signs near pool say it’s open from 9 am til dark. Pool never opened til 11pm.

My bed linen and towels were actually dirty, not discolored. The bathroom was dirty, there were roaches and it smelled. Reception area was dirty. Their were prostitutes and drug users roaming around and throughout the property. I'm sure the different smells were drugs being used and pee.

Too much water on the walkways from the AC units and it's very moldy and slimy and I almost fell on my butt. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen

This is probably our fault for not reading carefully before booking. The room was bare bones and the furniture was damaged. It was clean though which for me was the most important. The hall leading to our room looked like a bomb went off in it. In their defense they said they were renovating. We could not use the pool because they were treating it. That was not told to us until we had already paid for the room. Also, it is a hotel that I believe is for long term renters. There are signs everywhere about a late fee if their monthly rent is not paid. In short, if you’re looking for a cheap room you have found the right place. Hopefully the renovations are coming along.

From the moment I entered the lobby I sensed a weird smell, the lady at the front desk was nice overall. Room was apparently clean but the bathroom mirror was nasty dirty with splash of water and toothpaste. Again the smell inside the room was no better and I had to buy air freshener to sleep a bit better. Place is old, very old but in general you get what you pay for. First and last time on any trip to Jacksonville!

Very nice comforter sets on bed, have dinning down stairs (which we choose not to use but is option if you’d like) first time Jacksonville and enjoy our stay.

Staff expectantly nice room was not clean had roaches i cleaned my room. Walls and doors are nasty. Overall just need to make cleaner.

Staff was awesome! Room in general was fine but there was no refrigerator, hair dryer, and electrical I outlets did not work.

I've been staying here about a month now and it seems like people are getting louder and louder here lately. I moved to a downstairs room but I'd rather have an upstairs room because it's way more quieter.

When we arrived we had to pay a deposit that was never refunded, when the first room we had bathroom door wouldn't close for privacy and the second room we were given had a toilet that poured out water due to the holding tank had a leak so I would have to turn off at valve to keep from wetting entire floor. It needs a lot of attention done to these rooms.
