Brilliant holiday home in St Annes. Everything you could need. Very child friendly with lots and lots of toys. Lovely sunny garden.

Danielle was the perfect host - great communication throughout and made us feel comfortable from the get go. The house is lovely and in a prime location - will definitely be back!

Perfect hosts, house and location for our lovely weekend to Lytham St Anne’s. Danni and Tom were wonderful hosts who were extremely friendly and approachable. Communication was excellent too when we needed to ask about anything. House was perfect with a gorgeous garden to relax in. The train and bus services are all within walking distance (5/10mins) with the most beautiful beaches also just around the corner. A really lovely little part of the world.

Only that we had to leave - will be recommending to friends and hope to come back another time.
