Central location, possibility to make breakfast/coffee in the shared kitchen and store products on a shelf in the fridge, stylish look, huge bad towels, free snacks, coffee, tea in the kitchen. The place reminded me the student dormitory built in 70s I leaved in back in my student times: the entrance leads to a stylish lobby (seen on the photo), with a corridor leading to rooms for guests. We lived in room 5 (with mint colored couch and 6 funny posters) and had a schooling desk, 2 chairs, private bathroom with toilet + dusche, 2 wardrobes, bed and couch. We appreciated having a bottle of water on arrival.

It was misleading for us from the property description that the living place has most of the facilities (eg. kitchen/washing Maschine) shared with other guests - take this into account when booking. There is no soundproofing in the room - it was loud from the outside in the night from the Mexican restaurant and inside from the other guests in the corridor (we slept with earplugs). The windows themselves were noisy too as they are not dense and moving in the groove when wind was blowing. The bed itself was uncomfortable for me for two reasons - the pillow was too high for me as a stomach sleeper and the blanket not breathable. There were no photos of the bathroom on the booking, unfortunately - although we had a private bathroom, it seemed for me old, tiny with not much storage space (only a stool), with the shower located quite high for me. It could be a positive feature for extroverts and negative feature for introverts - the owner/ lady in this place is talkative to guests. I was scared, when I was addressed by name on our 2nd day and was trying to remember „Gosh. Have I done something wrong here? Clean my dishes, garbage?“ - just like living in a dorm and being a guest in someone’s house, not relaxing.

The apartment looks very good, and there was a lot of things (coffee, tea, fruits) offered in the kitchen. The host was very welcoming. The location is great

Die Vermieterin bringt Sachen für das Frühstück. Sie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Eine große Baustelle direkt nebenan. Mit viel Lärm von früh am Morgen bis abends. Auch in er Wohnung relativ viel Unruhe.

Das Zimmer und überhaupt die ganze Wohnung zeigte den Geschmack und die Sammelleidenschaft der Vermieterin - ein Traum, wer sich darauf einlässt. Die Lage in der Stadt ist optimal, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Ruhige Seitenstraße. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft hat prima geklappt. Nutzung der Küche super.

Von außen wirkt die Adresse etwas heruntergekommen aber der Charme entsteht beim Eintritt durch die Wohnungstür. Ein Problem ist die Parkplatzsuche. Hier braucht man Geduld (fast alles Fußgängerzone), hat aber auch geklappt.

El baño es COMPARTIDO, y no se indica claramente en la reserva. Las fotos NO tienen nada que ver con la habitación. Fotos con suelo de parquet. Habitación real con suelo de terrazo de los 70. RUIDOSA. Los tabiques son de papel, se escucha la conversación de la habitación de al lado como si estuvieras en ella. Es una PENSIÓN a precio de hotel.

Please refer to my other review for more information on the apartment. As I mentioned, I stayed in room 1 which has a library theme, it's cozy with a comfortable bed, TV, chair and table, as well a nice view and a plenty of natural light. I also stayed in room 4 which also has a comfortable bed, TV, table and chair as well a private bathroom. In both rooms I received a bottle of water upon arrival, clean set of towels and bathrobes. Both rooms also had good internet connection, I had to switch and connect to a different server but it quickly and efficiently worked. The apartment’s located in the heart of the city with a walking distance to almost everywhere. There’re plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops around. I enjoyed my stay and can’t prize Marta and her professionalism and kindness enough, I needed a place for one extra night and she found me a solution for free. She didn’t have to help a total stranger but she did without excepting anything in return and to me that’s beyond prize. I’m totally grateful.
