It was somewhere to sleep and great location. Big enough for 8 of us. Would only recommend for a base, not to relax or enjoy home from home.

Garden was over grown but then owners cut bushes and left it in a worse state. Broken window in front room, which was only advised of on the day. Gate almost fell on my child so be careful don’t touch. Heating was on and no way of switching it off. Bed sheets and towels tossed onto floor upstairs.

Very good value for money. The owner was lovely and very helpful.

The whole property is unfinished with lots of building/decorating dust everywhere. When we arrived we could see that someone had done a surface clean but the house was not clean for guests. The bedding and towels had been changed but smelt very bad and had dirty marks which made sleeping uncomfortable. There were no mirrors in the bedrooms so my wife and daughter struggled doing hair and makeup.

Plenty of room. Lovely bathroom and kitchen. Will definitely use again in the future when visiting family there

Bathroom mirror and shower door needed polished but that’s only thing and I think this was due to renovations

Lovely large 4 bedroom house. Good layout, free parking right in front of the house. Clean and fresh, had cleaning products, spare pillows duvets towels, covers, loo rolls, lots of utensils. Smart TV...Nice modern feel. Lovely deco. Excellent heating system. Host was rapid with replying to my queries.

Lot of draft coming in from windows in some rooms Sharp edges on stairs- hazard Bathroom door has no lock The living room soda needs replacing ASAP Front of house doesn't look appealing- Finishing touches needed in some places like, paint, edges, under window sills, stairs (sharp bits). They are all kind of minor things which we would love to see done as this is a house we would definitely recommend to others and happy to come back to in the future! I personally prefer firmer beds but they are not bad.
