This was such a cute and perfect space! The location was so close to the beach and in a safe and beautiful area. The hosts were extremely responsive and thoughtful! Can’t wait to come back!

They went above and beyond with the extra’s in the house. Very roomy and comfortable. Great price and the view was fantastic! We will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Adorable vrbo exactly as described. We had three adults and two grandsons. Spent a fun-filled day at Legoland, and then a day at Carlsbad State Beach (which has lifeguards). The place had everything we needed.

We arrived at 1 am was very well lighted. Was a little confusing finding the entrance… the gate that went down the path should have been marked apartment this way. It looked like a wall not like a gate. The apartment was very cute and very comfortable! The living room has some blinds but does not block out the bright sun was difficult to visit in the living room! A 10 minute drive to the beach not walkable! Central located

This is a great location and very clean and well appointed property. The location was great for our small family trip to Legoland and Sea World. We also enjoyed the dinning in Carlsbad Village. This is a great property for the value it provided.

The property was as advertised. We had a few minor issues which Joel and Heather took care of quickly. We would recommend this property to family and friends,

The view of the lagoon in the early morning is enchanting. Birds sitting on the fencing, frogs croaking. It is very peaceful. I had my coffee out there.
Everything we needed was right at hand. There was some concern about the traffic noise from the 5. The house is well sound proofed and I didn’t find it overly intrusive sitting outside.

This accommodation was just what our family needed! The home is modern, clean, and cozy. It fit our family of 6 comfortably and is close to all the things we were interested in seeing in San Diego. My children loved to watch the lagoon in the mornings and afternoons and just chat with their grandfather.

My friends and I stayed here for just under a week and it was an amazing experience. It was exactly as advertised, even a little better!

This is a great place to stay, everything you could need. If it wasn't in the apartment the owner's, who live upstairs, offered to help. Although we've been to carlsbad a few times, this was our first stay in a VRBO, well worth it to have your own space. We'll definitely be using this again for our next visit!

It was a lovely stay. The view of the lagoon was beautiful. It was very private. Even though there was not a full kitchen, you were able to prepare meals. The owners were excellent hosts and responded quickly to any questions

This is a very well appointed condo. It had a cute little studio kitchen, big windows which overlooked the lagoon and very comfortable beds. The only downside was it is very close to a freeway and outside is quite noisy. However inside it is muffled quite well.
