Lovely property with wonderful ocean views throughout most of the house! Two of the mini split AC units stopped working for a day, probably because of record heat in the city. Management resolved it the next morning. This caused a couple bedrooms to be hot for an evening. Everything else was wonderful and better than what I expected.

We loved the home. It was perfectly placed on the water. We enjoyed the sand during low tide and the water was cold and refreshing. The living space was large to accommodate a nice group for cooking and dining. The hot tub was key! We also loved the location for rolling up to orange county and down to the other cool cities along the coast on the way to san diego. We also walked to dinner and breakfast a couple of times when we wanted to be local. Grill works on first attempt which is a plus. We had a fire in the fire pit and left some extra wood. All around perfect. Zero complaints.

This home is exactly as described. Perfect location, clean and very comfortable. It immediately felt like home when we walked through the doors. We did notice that the hot tub had algae in it. I reached out to the management company and they immediately sent someone to the home to put in chemicals in the hot tub. Within 2 days, the hot tub was clear again.

We had an excellent time staying here between rounds of golf. It is spacious and located in a great spot. Everything is super clean and convenient. We would definitely stay here again

We loved the house, being right on the ocean was exactly what we were hoping to see. The construction next-door was really not a problem, I think because mostly we had rainy days and they were not able to work. They did start at 7 AM on the days that they were able to. Not a big deal though.. we had plenty of room for the seven of us and seemed everything was stocked well. The toaster would probably need to be replaced as it would not pop the bread out. You had to dig it out with a utensil or turn the toaster upside down.

This place is AMAZING. The views were breathtaking, and this home was perfect for my group of 9 people. Very clean, very spacious, I would stay here every time I visit Oceanside. Truly blessed to be able to stay in a home as stunning as this with my friends, and for anyone considering this place...BOOK IT!

This is a gorgeous home, well kept and clean with stunning views from multiple rooms. Lots of room for large groups with ample kitchen/pantry space to cook gourmet meals and entertain. Two car garage for parking with another spot outside in front of garage. Plenty of parking on street which is rare for beach front properties. Highly recommend and hope to return again.

Great house. Loved it. We had an amazing time and would definitely rent it again in the future.The only problem was the spa was very cloudy and smelled funny. I called the management company and they said we couldn't go in and should wait 24hrs. They also said we should be reimbursed 10%. Haven't seen that credit yet.
