Habitacion silenciosa, ubicada a 200m de estacion de Metro y de buses, practica para viajar

La habitacion es un atico que no tiene espacio fisico adecuado para 3 personas, como maximo es para 2. Parte de los muebles ya se encontaban ocupados con elementos de otra persona, lo que achicaba aun mas el espacio. No habia suficientes toallas y nos retiraron una almohada el primer dia, luego subsanado.

Location, price.

I gave definite time of arriving, 7-8, I we have been near studio at 7.20. It was impossible to get in and we, been tired, had to stay near front door and wait for about half an hour to get key. The check-in is was at 3, we arrived later on time I mentioned, but room was not cleaned yet. It was really disappointed to sit on the steppes.

The host was available to reply and tried to help to get into property.

We didnt like the property because of below reason- 1. Property Size was way to small for 3 people. Infact its small for one person. 2. Facilities were just for name sake. 3. Heating was arranged putting Cook Top burner on which was dangerous for any accident. 4. No light from Ground floor to Top Floor to our flat which was given to us. 5. No space for even standing with all 3 people in a go. 6. Floor was broken. 7. WiFi was not working. We used our own tele service net. 8. Decker bad was also not having full height and if adults are on the lower berth, they are not able to even sit on that as their head will hit on the upper deck. 9. Overlall very bad experience.

La ubicación es muy buena, cercal metro y autobuses, con un supermercado al lado. Es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario. El anfitrión fue sumamente amable, fue fácil recoger las llaves.

El sumidero de la ducha y lavamanos no funciona bien, el agua se queda estancada y no baja.

The property manager came and supplied my charger that I left in the room. Clean bed sheets. Kettle and microwave supplied.

Unfortunately this place is pretty awful and really expensive for what it is. Freezing shower, literally no hot water. dirty bathroom. The front door and lock are bashed in or maybe it's crowbar, a couple of the windows are barricaded with wood board, to get into the building. The room is so small you can barely walk around the bed. Cosy is a serious overstatement. Bunk bed is so low you can't sit up under it. The state of the windows are disgusting. I asked the property manager if he could let me know when I could come and get my charger, his management skills of this situation wasn't good. He even asked me to come at midnight to get it. Really not professional. I managed to get it in the end but that was only because I told him I was leaving the country. Not impressed, would not recommend and I want a refund.

The location of the flat is great, it is close to the train station and a park.

The flat is a bit small for three people, so we did not spend much time in it. As it is an older flat, it was a bit smelly and the drains were blocked.
