This is the coolest old house! It is quite large and would fit a huge group of people! Love the gas fireplace and the hot tub. Didn't use the fire pit but it looks awesome as well. Giant kitchen with everything you need. Hosts are amazing. Will definitely be back!

Cozy little house with convenient parking within walking distance of everything in Hill City. This kitchen is better equipped then mine. Has wine fridge, ice machine, big fridge, nice cook top and oven and dishwasher that works well. Lots of space for relaxing and games. Boys enjoyed football on tv.

This is a beautiful home. Great kitchen space. Very roomy, with nice dining room, 2 living rooms. Great for family get-togethers. We even had a dog with us and the yard was perfect for him. One of the bedrooms has a mattress that is very very firm, hard to sleep on and the home was a little chilly.....other than the family room with the fireplace, nice and cozy there. We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting the home again for a future stay.

The house was nice. Room with the fireplace was the warmest, all other rooms were chilly. Bedroom connected to the bathroom, bed in that room is very very hard….couldn’t sleep on that mattress and had to figure out how and where else to sleep. The upstairs was nice, but cold during the night. We would consider renting the house again.

Overall a great property in a cute town. Walking distance to many great restaurants and close to so many great outdoor gems such as Custer State Park, Badlands, Mt Rushmore, Devils Tower, Wind Cave & Jewel Cave National Parks. Great kitchen and outdoor hot tub. Must stay in the Black Hills.

Sarah and Ethan were amazing hosts. Very responsive to requests and super fast communication. The house was well stocked as advertised, and the small touches were very appreciated (like a welcome basket of goodies)! The house is in the process of being updated, but we had everything we needed and it felt very spacious. We stayed for a week during fall break for the kids, (and many of the shops/restaurants shut down for winter), so it was nice to have a big kitchen. Also, loved the hot tub under the stars! The location is perfect, it was a short drive to everything we wanted to see around the Black Hills. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed this homey, comfortable house with it's secure and pleasant yard as well as the gracious hospitality of our hosts. The kitchen is large and well equipped and there is ample seating at the good sized dining room table. We thoroughly appreciated the Custer State Park pass and made great use of it almost daily in our week stay. Sitting in the hot tub under starry skies in the private yard was really a treat after the day's explorations. And having multiple, inviting couches for conversation or watching movies in the evening was great for our small family group and would be even better for larger. Fencing is secure if your dog is traveling with you and it is just a short walk to restaurants and shops. A great home base for Black Hills adventure.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, right on Main Street in Hill City. The location is ideal and an easy 2 block walk to gift shops, bars, and restaurants. The backyard was a peaceful oasis from the downtown activity and fully fenced which was convenient as we traveled with our dog. The hot tub and fire pit are nice amenities after a long day of exploring the hills. Ownership of this property changed hands after our booking but before our visit and we hoped all would still run smooth. It definitely did! The new owners were very responsive to any questions and Sarah was amazing. Highly recommend this house and the area!!

Hill City Haven is a newly remodeled Victorian home that is absolutely beautiful. Not only is the home beautiful but the landscape along with cozy hot tub, wood burning fire pit and PVC privacy fence that makes this the perfect home away from home. Hill City Haven is located on main street which makes it very convenient and walking distance for shopping, delicious restaurants, several bars and brewery's, museums and many more cool things to see . If you are an angler or ATV rider, well welcome to paradise! There are several ATV trails, creeks and lakes that you can take advantage of that are just minutes away. If you are and your family are wanting to visit the Black Hills I highly recommend that you give Hill City Haven a try. It will defiantly NOT disappoint you! I just want to give a huge shout out to Black Hills Family Vacation for making our vacation of a lifetime possible. We will defiantly be staying with them in the very near future!
