Very friendly staffs. They are very helpful & they took the necessary action to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. Even the morning breakfast staffs are very helpful & friendly.

Kamer was ruim, personeel was flexibel om op te halen bij busstation.

Moesten betalen voor karig ontbijt. Na een dag scooters hebben gehuurd moesten wij meer betalen voor benzine terwijl we weinig hadden gereden en zij dit niet vooraf had gezegd. Eigenaar was van mening dat ik het geld wel kon missen en wilde geen discussie aan. Kamer was erg primitief en badkamer was erg onhandig ingedeeld. Verblijfplaats was heel erg gehorig en in het gebouw liepen meerdere katten waardoor het niet fris rook en niet schoon was.

It’s a home-stay style resort, u will experience very basic facilities and amenities(so do NOT expect too much with such price), sharing filtered drinking water and iron board with others outside the rooms. The scenery from my 3rd floor balcony is nice, enjoy the sun and cool breeze during the day and cats might jump in the room via balcony😅. Open air/semi-outdoor eatery space at the back of the premise. Personally I love the breakfast provided, although they served very simple local food(as some of the reviews complained about the variety of food but it’s perfectly fine for me even they served similar food every morning) e.g. fried noodles/beehoon, baked beans, sambal chili, delicious turmeric fried chicken, toasted bread with assorted jam, cornflakes with milk, coffee and tea, 1 type of fruit and 1 type of cake/ kueh. And each person can enjoy 2 eggs with requested cooking type, mayb sunny side up/omelette/…the friendly and smiley foreign worker will served directly to you once it done. One thing I must compliment and appreciate is the working attitude of the foreign workers, they are hardworking, friendly and helpful to my eyes. Actually the next day when we finished our half day tour and reached the resort about 1300, I found that my room had not been tidied up. The worker immediately do it for me although he looked like can’t really understand English when I tried to communicate with him.

During the breakfast, they were a big family gathering, some of them pass plates of food to the room to eat. I’ll suggest to set rules on breakfast at the respective area only to maintain and keep the rooms clean. The floor of the public area looked not so clean despite guests were required to wear provided slippers in the building. Quality of the towels were bad, not water absorbing. Mosquitoes in the night when the weather is not so cold. Soundproofing is not ok. Room cleaning is a bit late.

I had a perfect stay at the hotel, with impeccable service, comfortable accommodations, and an ideal location for exploring CH. The place was very clean. They also offer a free shuttle-service. I got bitten by an insect, they took care of me very well.

Fan was dusty. Toilet needs more & better scrubbing. Room service needs to be more detail when cleaning - drawer in my room still had a leftover cigarette box from previous visitor

le personnel est souriant et très agréable. après une longue route c'est vraiment appréciable ! le logement était spacieux, la terrasse était sympa et le petit déjeuner bien fourni avec beaucoup de choix. nous sommes arrivés tard le soir, ils vendent des noodles pour un repas rapide si besoin.

We have to leave our footwear outside and wear the home chappals, not a fan of it as I might be wearing another person’s footwear as they are all the same. Some of the slippers they had were cut and were making me trip. Need to cross steep road to reach the hotel. Did not feel like I got the value for the money I paid.

Das Tekoma liegt einen kurzen aber steilen Weg hinauf auf einem Hügel. Es gibt aber einen kostenfreien Fahrservice zum Busbahnhof und in die Stadt. Das Frühstück ist wunderbar! Das gesamte Personal ist mit viel Liebe und Hingabe dabei. Egal welches Problem - es wird geholfen! Wer Katzen mag fühlt sich hier auch direkt wohl, da der Inhaber mehrere auf dem Gelände hält, die auch sehr gesellig sind :) Vom Hotel aus kann man direkt eine Wanderung in den Dschungel starten oder zur Teeplantage fahren. Vielen Dank noch an Najma für alles!!

Das Zimmer hat nur ein Fenster im Bad. Wir konnten aber mit geöffneter Balkontür schlafen (Moskitonetz) daher ist dies kein Mangel und wir hatten frische Luft :) Auch hat der Ventilator ausgereicht, eine AC ist nicht nötig aufgrund der Temperaturen! (Mai)

Everything was in order. Rooms was clean and tidy. Staff was very helpful, boss mr. Louise nice person and help a lot with information about business and the location. Breakfast was good, food still there even we went down late. Fried egg was excellent. Will repeat again when i have another business trip there.

Die Lage auf dem Berg war ganz nett und man kann von dort aus direkt ein paar schöne Wanderungen starten. Außerdem wird man mit dem Shuttle kostenlos in die Stadt und zurück gebracht. Für die Cameron Highlands ein akzeptables Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Leider kam es während unseres Aufenthalts zu ziemlich vielen Zwischenfällen: - Unser Raum hat etwas muffig gerochen - Spät abends hat sich ein Transporter in der Auffahrt festgefahren, sodass es über 1,5 Std. laute Motorengeräusche in unser Zimmer dröhnte - Bei der Reinigung unseres Zimmers wurden unsere Sachen beschädigt, wofür sie aber später aufgekommen sind Das Frühstück ist nicht besonders gut und außer dem Omelett und Toast auch wenig genießbar. Der Besitzer ist zu Beginn sehr zutraulich und baut eine persönliche Ebene auf, aber nach ein paar Tagen kann er sich schon gar nicht mehr an einen erinnern. Das fanden wir etwas zu aufgesetzt und komisch. Der Sohn spricht aber sehr gutes Englisch und probiert schnell behilflich zu sein.

El personal, maravillosa experiencia, el propietario, Louis, fue súper amable y cercano desde el primer momento que llegamos. Se preocupaba por nosotros y se nota que quiere y le gusta que los huéspedes estén lo mejor posible. El último día se nos rompió la batería del coche, nos llevó sin pensárselo dos veces al taller en coche y después nos llevó al inicio de una ruta (mientras la batería se recargaba), más tarde nos volvió a llevar al taller... nos ayudó con todo y nos lo solucionó... El alojamiento también está muy bien, tiene un aura muy tranquila, tiene un par de gatos por el alojamiento súper cariñosos. El desayuno incluido también está bueno. Das Personal und der Besitzer waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns Aktivitäten vorgeschlagen und Restaurants empfohlen. Wir wurden sogar vom Besitzer zum Essen eingeladen. Auch das Frühstück wahr sehr gut, nichts extravagantes aber sehr lecker.

Très bien situé, petit déjeuner au top, personnel très accueillant et arrangeant, cela leur tient vraiment à cœur de vous faire passer un bon séjour. Tout était parfait, merci pour les souvenirs !

The steep road up the hill ... the hike is quite taxing..if you have to walk out of the vicinity.

What a fantastic hotel with beautiful and stunning mountain and misty views from the room’s balcony. The location is very convenient!! 💐🌺🌸 it’s just 5 minutes to the main town of Tanah Rata. We met this lovely, kind and very friendly driver (Chiang). He was so helpful and he dropped us and picked us off to and from the town centre and also from the bus terminal station - which is a free transfer. However, to any other areas such as Brinchang or Cameron Valley Tea House will costs around 40 MYR total (pick up and drop off). 🌷❤️ Their breakfast was just delicious delicious and so good! Breakfast starts at 7:30 and finishes 9:30. It includes hot food, you can have different types of eggs, toast, cereal, fruits and salad and refreshing tasty drinks! Tea and coffee provided as well. They also make the toast and tea for you. So kind! 🥰🌹 The rooms were good. The best part of the rooms were the views from the balcony - absolute astonishing. Mountain views! Will come here again 🌺🌷💐🌸🌹

Everything was perfect!

Room very spacious with king size bed. Nice view from the balcony with a table and chairs for each room. The resort is very clean. Inside room have android tv with Netflix, hair dryer and a kettle. They also provide water dispenser (coway) and ironing place outside the room. For 3 days breakfast is delicious with each day different main course. I definitely like the sambal. The breakfast buffet doesn't have many selections but its still fill my plates.

The resort are not quite good for old people with bad legs as the resort only have stairs. The road to get to the the resort is high and quite risky if your car is not well maintained.

O hotel é extremamente agradável, num sítio tranquilo. Um pequeno almoço delicioso com alguma comida típica da Malásia e alguma comida mais ocidental. Perfeito para as famílias. Podemos passar um serão a conversar com o dono do hotel. Pessoa extremamente agradável e simpática que pode nos passar alguns ensinamentos sobre a vida na Malásia. Esperamos voltar.
