Great location really lovely decor plenty of towels etc

Struggled to gain access couldn’t get in contact with the agent at all thankfully lady in Turkish restaurant put us in touch with the owner and she helped us, could use another bathroom in the property or separate shower

The property was lovely. Every room is large and tastefully decorated. The beds are huge and really comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need to cook at home. The host, Natalie, was really accommodating. The property is in suburban Bootle so the entrance is reminiscent of the set of Billy Elliot so you have a Narnia-esque experience as you walk through the door to an interior that wouldn't be out of place in a Habitat showroom! We never had any problems finding parking outside on the street. I can't rate this property highly enough. Would 100% book again.

The agent's phone is always switched off and he doesn't respond to text messages. Thankfully Natalie left her contact number in the property so you can contact her for anything you need - get a new agent Natalie!

Great location, well appointed and very clean. Bottle of Prosecco left for us from owners much appreciated. Very spacious flat and was quiet at night for sleeping, good quality linen and towels and everything was fresh and clean.

Hard to locate, finally asked in a shop and side gate was unlocked for us, alley area untidy. Television did not function properly, Hot water had to be checked regularly to ensure water was hot. Steep stairs to enter, should be put in details as could be a problem for people with limited mobility.
