The game drives were great, informative and knowledgeable guide.

Amazing park, beautiful landscapes, rooms very nice and very good food.

Water bottles in the rooms (3 rooms the same) already open. A little bit of insects in the rooms (domestic wilderness in a wild environment!) but they give you insect repellent. In one room no international electric plugs.

The staff were extremely kind and attentive to needs, the field guide very knowledgeable and pleasant, rooms beautiful and clean and the whole setting very attractive.

Enjoyed the room, location & the game drives. The staff were all very friendly as well.

My wife is vegetarian, and the meal options were limited for her.

The experience was absolutely incredible. The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. Our ranger, Freedom, was one of the main reasons why this trip was superb. His knowledge and charisma was wonderful.

The food was lovely and the ambience great. Staff were very friendly. They did a lovely anniversary set up on our bed when we arrived.

Our room had several issues, shower and bath drains were blocked so you couldn't shower long or else it would flood the bathroom and if you emptied the bath it would overflow through the shower. The air-conditioning unit leaked onto the bench top fortunately not onto our devices. We had to put a bin beneath it to collect the water. When it rained water filled up the light fitting in the toilet that it eventually overflowed all over the toilet seat, paper and floor with dirty brown water. The evening game drive is a waste as you stay in black rhino reserve which has little game and the drive into pilansberg reserve in the morning drive takes a good 40minutes with a lot of the path along the fence line

Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our game ranger, Marion was very knowledgeable and we experienced a beautiful cheetah siting on our last game drive. We really enjoyed our stay.

The meat we ate wasn't always the best. But overall we had decent food.

fantastic location of the property next to the pond with hippos and other animals come to drink water there. Safari view right from your breakfast table. electric fence is all around so nothing to be scared in terms of safety. Nice lodges rooms in the authentic style, with big windows, decor is good.

the only disadvantage is the that bathroom/toilet is just behind the wall, no door. a bit of lack of privacy when travelling with kids

Everything worked and Dewald went out of his way to accommodate us. Game drives, hospitality, clean.
