We were very impressed with our stay from the very beginning to the last second. This might be the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in and we have high standards for cleanliness. The host was very communicative. They told us way in advance of the building happening next door so we were aware of the loud noises that started early in the morning. They also informed us of a broken decorative light in the kitchen that the renters right before us broke that they didn’t have time to correct before our check in. We had smoke detectors begin beeping in the middle of the night that were too high to reach. They responded to our message promptly letting us know they’d send someone out in the morning. All of this were understandable things that come up and didn’t affect our stay too much. The maintenance men who came were kind and professional. We also let them know of a leaking window above a bed (likely a building error that went unnoticed until a heavy thunderstorm with high winds came in while we were there). I have no doubt they’ll take care of it soon based on their prior response time. We cannot wait to return. This will be our new go to in Galveston!

This was such an incredible home and suited our large group perfectly. The kitchen had gourmet appliances and many smaller appliances to help with meal prep. Having patios and porches on all of the bedroom and living areas and the weather was perfect to enjoy them. Although we had no babies or toddlers needing equipment that was available as well.

Beautiful beach house! With a modern/upscale kitchen and a large deck overlooking the ocean. The master bathroom is amazing and has a very fancy bathtub.The elevator is a nice touch. Will be back for sure!

We had an amazing time. The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The sunrise view from the balcony was like no other. Holly was very welcoming and anytime I had a question, she responded almost immediately. We look forward to coming back soon.

There are so many positive comments to make on this rental. The owners were extremely easy to park with, the house was thoughtfully equipped, beautiful furnishings, a great layout, multiple balconies with amazing views, great patio with grilling area, a short walk to a semiprivate beach.the one con, mentioned in the description and which will go away, is the next door construction and the close proximity to a drive on beach.

The beach house is brand new and beautiful! The home décor is crisp, clean and very inviting. This house has everything a family could need to have a wonderful time in Galveston! We loved the large patio area on the ground floor, the outdoor kitchen, the two large balconies with amazing views and the gigantic kitchen island! The private beach is just a short distance and very easily accessible. Our host Holly was amazing and answered all of our questions promptly! We will definitely be back soon! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us! We made memories that will last a lifetime!
