It was difficult to fault

Car space was a little tight

We chose it because it was close to the airport and were thrilled by the presentation of the modern apartment. Clean, comfy beds, a great bath, helpful ideas for easy takeaways.

Loved the location. Comfortable unit - very spacious, comfortable beds & lounge. The bathtub was muchly appreciated - thank you. A full kitchen. We appreciated the circuit issue with had with the fridge and the bedside lamps being corrected pronto. They went over and above what I expected. The hosts communication was open and with quick responses. The disabled bathroom was awesome - very roomy and easy to get around with wheelie walker. The outdoor sunroom, was a pleasant surprise.

The front entrance - the ramp is fine, however, the concrete slab right beside it - needs a yellow line to say there is a step here. Leaving - wishing we booked a little longer :)

Very central to everything we wanted to see and do. Easy to find and well equipped for us to prepare meals

Location was great base for sightseeing, near city. Host was superb! Had some problems with the kitchen utensils and she place a Coles delivery the next day! Exceeded my expectations. Love the unit, very comfortable, homely and compact with enough space in each room . Shopping plaza was within walking distance. There's even a little garden so that you can have your breakfast outdoors. My son was delighted to have his own TV in his room! There were TV in each room. What a luxury!

Too many silicone made utensils in the kitchen however some not functional. Some looks worn out, eg melted at the bottom. Knife and vege peelers were not sharp. Informed host and she gladly replace them the next day. Awesome. Suggest stainless steel ones as they are clean, won't melt under heat and last longer. Oil should be a staple. Ready to cook but no oil. Luckily I have a small piece of butter from the deli as substitute. However, host kindly ordered a bottle the next day.

Great location. The place is new, clean and very convenient. Kerry and Shannon are also very helpful. Highly recommended!

Excellent accommodation. Well appointed in the heart of Launceston. Loved it.
