Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Property Lift was Too Small but Second lift was big

Location was good as it was just adjacent to BHU

The management of customer service is not upto standard as expected by Treebo. We had to check in our room without room being properly cleaned & without AC. AC was under repair. It was terrible time for more than 2 hours frim check in.

No proper drainage system in the bathroom due to improper flooring. Even bath soap and towel were not provided Hygiene was not up to the mark, and there were a lot of flies in the room
