Dirty and old property. I don’t recommend!

the parking is tight and the room smelled awful. the room was also extreamly dirty with dust all around. the scenery around was the only good part.

If you have a large vehicle you wont fit in the parking lot. Bed has see its usage and needs to be replaced. Door had a small gap causing the cool air to coming in. Never saw any staff members so really cant rate them.

Our stay was cut short at Noon Lodge. As soon as we entered the cabin we saw how dirty the rooms were. There was a broken chair in the living room, towels were stinky, windows were dirty all around but the worst thing was the people staying close by. I took my kids with me who were celebrating their 6th birthdays. We woke up at 11pm hearing people partying outside of their property. I asked them nicely to keep it down but no one cared. They were drinking and partying like it is their own cabin. When you enter the property there are signs showing after 9pm everyone should keep it quiet but no one was monitoring anything. We had the check out a day early since the place was a nightmare. People partied till 2am. Will never go back...

Very nice lodges in a quiet residential area. We were a little disappointed by the fact that the pool area has significant construction trash due to remodel, so easy to cover or keep up with throwing away trash.

We came for my sons bday. This place has a great vibe. Music plays throughout the property. The lights make it so beautiful at night. The fireplaces are never over crowded. You can play or hole and they have nice size grills. We had #10. It was the 2 bedroom with a loft and we had 6 stay perfectly. They have all you need in the kitchen. I love how there is assigned parking so you’re not worried about losing a spot. I don’t think there’s anything bad to say about this place.

The room was nice and clean but the heater was very noisy and kept us up at different times times throughout the night.

Very roomy, with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Parking was tight--I didn't know beforehand that there was a 1 car limit. That might spoil the plan if you want to share a room. I asked about additional parking, but got no response. Also the heater seemed to stop working.

Great property, didn't have any of the noise issues that others mentioned. Loved our cabin and would definitely go again. We only stayed for one night but our parking spot was taken by another guest so we parked in the loading area and texted the number on the card. It was no big deal but had the loading zone also been occupied it would have been a problem.

Very quiet and clean , close to the supermarket and village. We will be back again 🤗

Stay was well except the last night was a little disturbing there seemed to be guests with couple of kids that were making inappropriate comments and making sexual inappropriate noises really disturbing like I mentioned I was with my family and there were kids with us.

This place is great. Second time. Love the layout. Very low-key. Very close to the village, summit and bear mountain. I have only been here in the winter. Things that could be better... Stayed in 3 bedroom...only comfy seating for 3 on couch. Rest of seating to watch movies, play games eat were not that good. I should have brought some camp chairs. This trip six adults in a cabin that sleeps 8. It would have been hard to seat around if we had 8 people. Other then seating. Kitchen was enough. Beds were good. Bathrooms good.we will definitely come again. Highly recommend.

Overall was a nice stay and the cabin was comfortable. We stayed in Cabin #7. As others have noted pictures are a little misleading as the cabins are not standalone but have a shared wall. Checkin process was fairly easy but no host to check in. Also note that you must empty all the trash and take to dumpster yourselves. Also found the parking spaces to be a bit on the small side so can be difficult to get into/out of car. Also a personal preference but we found the mattresses to be extremely firm almost to the point of going out and buying padding to put on top. Overall nice cabin in big bear and the fire pits are a nice added touch.

The place needs an upgrade. Upon arrival bottom heater didnt work. And light is needed for night time arrival. Hard to assigned parking and someone also parked in my spot.

This place was a good location and cute (we stayed in the A frame, cabin 7) but the details are where it's lacking - for instance, the paths were icy, there was no hairdryer, there was no soap to wash your hands in the kitchen (nor any paper towels or napkins) and the shower was small with poor drainage. Also, you have to empty the trash in the front dumpster yourself at the end, which was a small annoyance. The bed was really comfy though and it the place was cozy with the fireplace.

Truly great beautiful location, with plenty of private snow areas to ride slides. We stayed at 3 bedroom unit but it didn't have a dining table so we have to sit on the floor and used a coffee table to eat together. The fireplace and heater work great. It also didn't have a dishwasher so it's important to filter food out to avoid the drain cloaking. Service was great.

I would def stay here again/ loved everything about it

It’s a quaint little place to stay with a kitchen. However the shower stand could have been a little bigger with an extra light inside to see than this would have been a perfect place to stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

My little family and I enjoyed the cabin feel and the amenities that this place offered. We also enjoyed the little loft in our room. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Very pleasant stay with easy check-in and check-out procedures. Pet friendly but very clean and comfortable. I will stay here again.

Nice village like quiet atmosphere. Wish we had stayed longer. Kids and wife loved the place.

PRO; room clean and nicely decorated, fireplace cozy, also had good room heater. CON; assigned parking way too far from room, no handicapped parking in front, couldn't get tv to work-no instructions

Enjoyed the property and seating and fire pit. Enjoyed our 3 days here just wish bathroom was bigger and had dresser for clothes. Otherwise lovely!

Good location

The property was clean, cozy and overall welcoming! The cabin was a perfect size for a family of 4. The kitchen was fully stocked. I took my own kitchen supplies to be safe but only had to use my own potatoe peeler and pancake griddle. I was glad that we took extra blankets though because the heat didn't quiet make it's way up to the room. Overall we were very pleased with the location and we would definitely go back and stay there again.
