Clean property, had a short stay. Breakfast buffet was good, they accommodated our needs well, appreciate it.

Friendly staff

I stayed at this property on two separate occasions on one trip. The breakfast was a bit limited and having everything in the larger containers like the syrup etc. I'm sure was for cost and convenience, but there could be more selection of jam outside of grape jelly. Some Strawberry Jam and peanut butter to go would be nice. They definitely put things out in a sparingly type of manner. There are many things I can't eat, so a little bit more variety would have been nice. The staff were all very professional but not so much that feeling of extra customer service or caring about you as a client. I travel a lot and those small things make such a huge difference. I also definitely had an ant problem in my room by the fridge. I did not really have food out, I keep things in the fridge, but they were noticeable. Another thiing that for me was not clear. The staff give you a menu of the place next door, which I guess they have to do I'm not sure. But because I was new to that area and really wanted a good home made breakfast.. I ventured off the property to try to get breakfast more than once. It was on my last day when I had to kill time before my flight that I actually went to the restaurant near to the hotel and the restaurant is amazing with a great breakfast menu. I do wish this was made clear to me when I asked about where I could eat. Most hotels are great at showing you local choices and really recommending places. I did not find this to be the type of extra courtesy here

My stay was great! The hotel staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds. The only issue that was present was that there were lots of ants in the room. Other than that, my stay was great!

Carpet and bathroom floor were dirty - could not walk around without footwear - if pets are allowed, then specific rooms/floors should be allocated. It appears that the hotel has a close eye on room/pool supplies - we felt watched in that we had to sign out towels for the pool area - no one was at the pool - so not sure what the hotel has experienced with supplies - as a guest, did not feel comfortable asking even for room towels - feels like guests are monitored - all of this is unfortunate given the hotel was opened only a couple of years ago - golf restaurant was Great!

This property is very trendy. Easy to check-in and very clean. Good value and the stasf is very helpful and friendly.

The restaurant next door have great food and customer service from Bett.

Quiet and safe area. Very good hot breakfast. Definitely will stay here again. Close to sawgrass.

I liked the free breakfast just wished there were more variety and at leasr a different selection at least every other day. I didn't like that my room wasn't cleaned properly but it was quickly resolved. The AC unit was a bit loud buy overall was a pleasant stay.

The staffs are very welcoming they all do a wonderful job tumps up house keeping , house man, maintains and reception. They all have good customer service ready to assist with any thing. Kitchen staff breakfast was great and area kept clean. (Reception) I vote for Stacy- Ann for employee of the month. She’s awesome. A great people person.

Bed was comfortable and the bathroom has a excellent layout, the staff was friendly and professional....the king suite with sofa bed should've had a divider to help separate the room from the 2 tv's while they are on and there was a minor issue with the shower door but it was resolved promptly.Also the AC unit was a bit dusty I recommend that it should be looked at on a regular basis to make sure it's free of dust bunnies . I would recommended this property to others.
