Was checked into two rooms that were occupied, on the 3rd try I was given an unoccupied room. Dirty, weed smell everywhere, people loitering, very unsafe atmosphere.

I didn’t like anything about this location. It had roaches and I had to check out early and find a new hotel. When I first arrived they sent me to another room occupied with a guest who then told me to get out of her room when it was mine. I will never stay here again in my life.

The room was dirty very nasty floors, roaches in the bathroom. The lights were not able to use until they placed bulbs, the shower filled up while showering and the television had spots when on

Horrible customer service. Booking.com has also been involved in this like against the law situation this property is showing pictures that is not what is on the website which is against the law and which is misrepresentation. This property looks like nothing shown by booking.com there are no towels there is there no soap and one pillow and they don't provide you with any of it they tell you that you have to wait until the weekend and I happen to stay on a Saturday and Sunday and I told him that and they told me that they made a mistake they cannot give me any limits towels pillows etc until Monday when I checked out I ended up checking out from 9:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. and I'm being charged $350 for the first day which I will go to the end of the Earth to get back even if I have to get count so and bring booking.com into this because they are becoming a bystander on the situation and I unfortunately have a whole lot of pictures which I have no problem showing but that is on my husband's phone all I have is of the laundry room which I'm going to post right now this is the worst experience please don't stay here this is a scam not to me but too many and booking.com has still not taking this property down so every minute that goes by another person is being scammed.

The hotel is very bad not clean not friendly reception the bathroom is not good , and equipped with hairdryers the the elevators were out of service as well receptionist is not allowed 24/7 the the door card key were not working properly good enough , the place need sensitization there is lizards every where ij the ground floor
