Cute place, newly remodeled, great location.

Fresh remodel from hurricane damage but many things are unfinished. Not ready to be rented. We felt like the "test rental". Some things below are just a nuisance but others (privacy) were unacceptable. No visible house/unit numbers, weren't sure we had the right address until we walked around and tried the door code. Little privacy (ground floor unit), no curtain on the big sliding glass door looking into the living room/kitchen. Window blinds installed/sized poorly (cheaply) with big side gaps. No towel holders or hooks in the master bath and little counter space to lay a towel. Had to hang them on the door which means you can't shut it. Multiple faucets hot/cold hooked up backwards. Kitchen cabinets/drawers hard to open (no handles/knobs). Oven is non functional, not sure it was ever powered correctly (never tested). No bedroom dressers/storage. No place to lay a suitcase except on the floor and with no drawers we had to live out of it. Had to charge phones on the floor. Rugs feel like blankets and are a huge trip hazard. Both bathroom sink stoppers aren't working and water drains very slow. Kitchen sink water trickles out. Second bathroom gets very hot because of an old metal framed uninsulated window and the pocket door leaves a gap anyone could see through. Bring a fan, the one mini-split AC unit in the living room means the bedrooms are hot without some circulation. Memory foam beds are tough if you don't sleep in the same position all night.
