No breakfast. Location was great. Fridge, washing machine good working. The maintenance person was prompt and each time we had to get help he came.

Shower was broken on arrival. Electricity that ran gas was not available for cooking, water etc. Nightshift made this hard to deal with. One bed terrible, the other bedroom didn't even have a curtain over door, no fan in bathroom mould, One of the two windows was stuck shut in the kitchen...no table and chairs outside, tripping hazards everywhere.

The mattress very uncomfortable springy in the room next to bathroom

The kitchen material was good enough & clean, the house good clean & enough space, sofa good and i didn't see any members or staff

The bed it was hard to sleep on that bed,we slept on top of blanket because it's too hard very old it is not fair to give or ready that kind of old and discomfort and the chair one was broken which means separate the top part from the bottom but it was like that and they say need £100 that's an fair and not true!
