Super week on Lake Norman! Property location is great and close to Mooresville with everything we needed - shopping, restaurants, and activities. Home was gorgeous, loved the urban farmhouse decor and open floor plan. Lake access and location for boating was perfect, great cove close to main channel. Lots of fun tubing with the kids. Great swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding off the dock. Our lab loved it and got a great workout each day. Shane was very responsive for a few items that came up over the week. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The home is cozy, light and beautifully decorated. And the views of the lake from the kitchen, living areas and the master bedroom are gorgeous. Kitchen was full stocked with everything we needed. Being able to sit with on the deck in the morning with coffee was wonderful as was sitting by the bonfire one night. We rented the boat for the week, which was great fun especially with our teenagers. We got to see areas of the lake we otherwise would not have. Paddle boarding (we brought 2) right off the dock was awesome, too. Shane, the owner, was very responsive with a couple of questions and minor issues that we had during our stay. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

This home was truly amazing- all the upgrades and features one could want. So tastefully decorated, we didn't want to leave! The kayaks and paddleboards were an extra bonus! The owner was wonderful to work with and very understanding when we had a mishap. Couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommend!

We had 7 people in and out and it was perfect! We also rented the pontoon boat which was very nice, as well as the additional cottage space. It was a great space, everything we needed and not too far from whatever you may want. Great trip!

I came across this property while looking for places to host a short getaway for my Mom's 73rd birthday weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, stunning floor to ceiling windows and spacious accommodations. Checking in was a breeze, and we hope to plan a return visit with some nephews to enjoy the kayaking and boating of Lake Norman

My family and I had a wonderful relaxing vacation in this beautiful lake house. We were very happy with the attention to detail and the quality furnishings and amenities. We have stayed in many vacation homes and this property owner spared no expense to make our stay feel like we were in our own home. As we sat looking out at the incredible views, we were already planning our next visit.

We had a fantastic stay. The views are awesome, the house is great with all the vaulted ceilings and windows to the lake, it's only a 15 minute drive to Costco, and our kids loved sleeping up in the loft bunk beds. We also rented the owner's pontoon boat (seats 12) and that was really nice being able to explore distant parts of the lake and boat to dinner -- the kids also loved tubing, wake boarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, as well as diving and swimming around the dock area. It was a great first impression of Lake Norman for me, and we are looking forward to the next time we can make it out there.

The property and location is everything it says it is and more. The house and decor was tasteful and not overbearing. Access to the lake and comfortable outdoor space allowed for a lot of time enjoying the beauty of the lake and the property around the house.

I would highly recommend this house for your stay on Lake Norman. We traveled with three families including children and thoroughly enjoyed this property. Shane was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our vacation perfect. The house is beautiful and is very comfortable and has all of the amenities including a paddle board, kayaks, fire pit and more. The kids enjoyed the bunk room. We took advantage of an optional boat rental from Shane which was very convenient. House is located in a very nice neighborhood on the lake and is centrally located. The house is better than the pictures. We look forward to booking this house again. Highly recommended.

The home is wonderful. The main room overlooking the lake is breathtaking, pictures on site are very accurate. We had two families stay there (5 kids aged 9 - 12), home easily fit us all. Wifi worked very fast for the unfortunate days parents had to work. The water toys included (kayaks, paddle board) were great and the location on lake is perfect - close to main bay for expansive views but in protected cove so safe for kids in water. We rented a boat to explore the lake and hit some of the on-lake dining, highly recommend doing this. The owner was also very easy to work with. We would 100% return to this lake and this home!

Beautiful little cabin, love the full windows lake view from open concept kitchen & living room. Great lake access. Bunk room upstairs with ladder access best for older kids, not toddlers. Great location for food, delivery, restaurants, groceries. Well stocked kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay!

The property was clean and comfortable. The best feature is the deck out back, overlooking the lake. It’s a really beautiful view. The owner is quick to respond to inquiries and very accommodating. We also rented the owner’s pontoon boat for two days. It’s clean and very reasonably priced.

My wife picked this house out for an Easter weekend getaway mainly because of the gourmet kitchen and access to the boat slip. We installed a Garmin GPS on our Bowrider at the end of last season and wanted to put it through its paces in unfamiliar territory. The Kitchen and docks were great for me but our kids 17 and 20 enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, fishing and of course the wifi. The property was pet friendly and our Jack Russell’s enjoyed the lake and chasing the Geese, Deer and cotton tails that roamed the grounds. My wife enjoyed the large deck, the huge master suite and the kayaks as well. Shane was very helpful and has done a wonderful job updating the once mediocre house. I highly recommend! I forgot to mention the huge grill on the deck, on demand hot water heater, the massive master shower, the loft with bunk beds, access to the wake board, Netflix DISNEY plus and Amazon prime as well as cable, close proximity to dining and shopping, and the large circular driveway for easy access if you bring a boat. 5 star stay!!!
