On their post it said Parking available but they were referring to street parking which was not only difficult to find but also by 8am you need to remove your car otherwise you will get a ticket. The hotel doesn't have breakfast available and there was nothing nearby. It's like get what you pay for. I heard people screaming on top of their lungs in the middle of the night. It was not a good experience of stay.

Super overpriced for a not terribly convenient location. Parking is terrible, beds were uncomfortable, very noisy street, no perks or reason to stay again. Overall, not great.

very close to the Tangram mall and hence shopping and dinning, since it's in flushing so very convenient to the 2 ariport, LGA and JFK too.

This hotel is clean and new. Staff always takes care of me whenever I’m there. The second elevator has been out for a while, but that wasn’t a big issue. Parking not the greatest over there, but I was lucky to find some on the same block as the building so that was definitely a plus. If you’re traveling from out of town it’s a great area lots restaurants and stores (especially if you like Asian food)15-20 from LGA airport depending on traffic.

Room was very small and very, very uncomfortable. Old blanket on bed. No hair dryer. No vending or ice.

The bed sheets were not changed and still had traces of liquid from the previous guest. There were hairs on the bathroom drain and shower wall. I entered the room at 1am when my flight was delayed. I was so sleepy that I simply turned over the bed and slept. At 5am, I was woken up by various knocks on the door, conversations in the corridor, and the sound of the plane landing. Such conditions and services are unacceptable.

I stayed for two nights and I was very pleased. The hotel was very clean. It actually looks brand new. The staff was pleasant, parking was pretty easy and the area is nice to walk around. Would definitely stay again.

Good room, great Samsung TV channels. Didn't understand the $5 service charge for what...hand me the room key? No hair dryer and no ice machine available. No lights on bedside, so no reading.

I booked my stay online My Stay was absolutely horrible. Online it stated they had Hulu Netflix Internet service. When I got there, there was no Hulu no Netflix Internet service wasn’t working we were overcharged on parking. The refrigerator didn’t even work!! The chair was broken we didn’t have no washcloths. The mattress was not the size that they stayed

It was advertised to sleep 5 people, only 2 beds. They did bring in extra mattress (prob from annother room) and put in floor and rectify that after much discussion. One kid in one of the beds bed had bites on arms and legs in the morning but hadn’t said anything until after we left. Parking is very tight for large SUV, if lot was full, it would have been extremely difficult near impossible to get out. No ice machine. At a glance it was clean until we found the bites.
