The house was perfect and had everything we needed from the beds to the towels to the kitchen! It even had the perfect floaties and pool toys for our family. We would absolutely recommend this to any large family traveling with little children or any children! Thank you for helping to make our family vacation a huge success!

The living room was small and it was the only spot to gather. The dining only seated 6 people.

Great house and great management team

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place fit our group of 20 for Spring Break. The adults each had a bedroom and bathroom while the kids shared the loft/bunk room. The kitchen had all we needed although we didn’t do much cooking. The private hot tub was a plus while the community pool and hot tub were great too. The kids loved the X Box. It is located right next to Snow Canyon where we went on several beautiful hikes. It is close to St George restaurants and shopping. The couches were falling apart and everyone mentioned that the mattresses were uncomfortable and frames were extra squeaky, but overall we had a great time and the place was perfect for our needs. We would stay here again.

The unit was clean and the facilities were excellent including pool, hot tub, and pickle ball.

Love everything about this property! The bathrooms for each room was a big plus! Kids and teens had ample amount of space to hang and enjoy each other! Master bedroom on ground floor was perfect for granny not having to use all the stairs. Location to the pool couldn’t have been better! Only one downfall… the couch could be better to hang and watch movies. Other then that wonderful property!
