Beautiful building, well situated, door staff excellent

We were put in a room in the building across the square which we didn’t know would happen and we did not like not being part of the hotel. The air conditioning did not heat up the room and it was very cold, we were given a heater to help heat it up.

It was an interesting experience in an unusual building.I would have liked to have been higher as the view from our room was a wee bit restricted but we had a view of the castle.I did not like the room as it was not as big s i would have liked.The doors for the shower and toilet looked like they were designed for a morgue.The shower one did not close properly and leaked water.The toilet and shower doors were semi see through which i found a bit alarmingThe wash hand basin was open plan ,which we did not like.It is a spectacular building with great views and staff.We had a dinner in the W lounge which could have been better for the price.Slow service, lukewarm soup and tough steak.

The dinner we had where the soup was lukewarm. Service very slow and steak with a burnt kind of look and quite tough.For the money i would have thought the steak would at least be tender.Chips were extra and a bit on the dry side.

Staff were amazing from check in to check out. Got checked in 4 hours earlier than expected which was great. Concierge were exceptionally helpful and wow what a beautiful hotel. Location is unbelieveble and definetely the best place to stay if you like shopping. Even the room service staff were incredibly kind. Felt so welcomed and treated like royalty.

Great location, great facilities, beautiful views

I left a really expensive item in the room when I left and tried to contact the hotel 18 times during the week and no one picked up. I had to keep calling until someone picked up then to be told my item wasn’t there, I then explained it was an expensive item and then out of the blue the item was found. As you can appreciate it doesn’t sound like someone is trustworthy.

The ribbon building is exceptional with 360 degree rooftop views. The rooms have everything a traveller needs, including USB-C charging points. Visit the W Lounge for a wonderful meal with outstanding views. The staff are amazing.

Nice, comfortable rooms (slept so good). Very well appointed amenities. Space is a little tight in standard King room and a bathtub would’ve been nice. Next time we may try the Suites. The W Lounge was excellent, with spectacular views. We had breakfast in the SushiSamba which was amazing. I’m sure an excellent spot for dinner. The rooftop deck is also amazing and offers even more beautiful views. It gets windy up there, however. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Rooms in separate building and balconies not very useful.

Easy check in, I had accidentally booked a twin but they managed to find us a king room! Great cocktails in the room, great facilities. Lovely view. Clean. Friendly.

Superb location excellent service by staff and we just loved the rooms

Positiv zu bewerten ist das freundliche und unkomplizierte Personal, die Sauberkeit, die zentrale Lage, das Essen sowie die aussergewöhnliche Dachterrasse mit der tollen Aussicht.

Etwas mehr zu erwarten wäre das Zimmer, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passte hier nicht ganz. Die Privatsphäre zum Bad war nicht genügend (eine Trennwand, auch akustisch wäre wünschenswert), die Ablagen für Kleidung war klein, der Fernseher an der Seitenwand nicht praktisch und die Aussicht vom Balkon leider durch Gebäude verhindert.

El servicio impecable. Con mucho personal latino para hablar en español y encantadores. Pendientes de tu comodidad.

Room was very small, a change from my normal Hotel in Edinburgh. Nice enough but don’t think I will rush back

The toilet door was not closing completely.

All the crew are nice and helpful.

The drain seemed blocked, couldn’t stay in the shower for over 15 mins or you would be in a swimming pool. Don’t try fruit salad for breakfast, the watermelon can put you in an awkward situation after half an hour.

I was looking forward to going to the sushi bar. The sushi bar when we went to was disappointing as wanted a snack of sushi and the only sushi on offer was a roll, and it was too large, and all the same. Not much choice for sushi.

Well thought out design in the rooms with great amenities and level of service - will definitely be returning

مش انه ما عجبني كان بس ناقصه يكون فيه حمام سباحة ؛ غير هالشي الفندق حلو وموقعه احلى
