We were all so pleased to stay at your VRBO...it provided us with all that we needed. We appreciated the comfortable beds and more than ample extra white towels! The washer and dryer came in quite handy. Though there were stairs to climb, it gave us needed exercise. We appreciated the bicycles (especially the one with the fun horn!) and beach chairs and wagon! The beach was a close walk and on the way were the turtles in the backwater that we loved to feed popcorn! Good memories! Thank you!

Beautiful home and very accommodating host! We had a lovely time. House had everything we needed and then some, and location was incredible!

Good communication with host, clean, lovely location

Both the girls and adults really enjoyed everything about this house. The beach is so close and we spent a lot of time on the porches. The bedrooms were all large enough for our needs and the kitchen was perfect for quick breakfasts and lunches. Shelly checked to see if we needed anything while we were there and answered all of my questions prior to our stay!

Pleasantly surprised that the property was even nicer and well equipped than expected.

The property had everything you could ever imagine you might need and more. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. There was a turtle pond that we enjoyed walking by and watching their interaction as they "begged for food". The walk to the North Beach was just off the boardwalk path, which was very convenient and less populated than other areas. We enjoyed taking dinner to the beach and just enjoying the ocean sounds. A few details about the house that were not listed, the back of this townhouse overlooks a water/sewer treatment plant. The views were less than ideal. The information said all rooms had an ocean view, this was inaccurate as far as we could tell. The host was at the house and slightly chastised us for not responding to the messages she sent the day before we were to check in and the day of, however, most of these days were spent driving. The host said she needed 30 minutes to complete cleaning but then stayed approximately 2.5 hours after our arrival, at the correct check in time. Upon checkout, I messaged the host to let her know we were leaving early as we were aware she had another check in later in the day, to try to give her extra time should she need. She never responded back. The Island itself was very enjoyable, the house was extremely comfortable but just think that there needed to be some transparency regarding views and improved communication.

Clean, comfortable and easy access to beach.

This was the perfect place for a multi family getaway! Plenty of room to spread out and have privacy along with a great location. The house was stocked with everything anyone would need and communication with owner was awesome. Very clean and a nice quiet neighborhood Thank you for providing the perfect spot for our family
