Wonderful.home! Everything we needed. The owner checked in on us to make sure we were good. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

The place was great. They brought over kids utensils and Dinosaur bedding. Would stay again. Just note that the garage won’t fit very large suvs or pickups.

Communication with Ken was great but unfortunately there was confusion with vrbo and myself so we didn't get to stay. We REALLY wanted to due to the layout and set up of 2 beds/2 baths. IF i come back, I WILL stay here. Ken was helpful with the issue in helping us resolve the issue.

The house was well appointed, immaculate, warm and cozy. We loved it. What a nice place to come home to at the end of the day. Nothing about this home disappointed. The hosts were very accommodating and made themselves available for whatever we needed. We highly recommend this property.

Everything about this property was exactly as stated in the Vrbo site. The property managers were on top of every question we had prior to arriving and with their instructions on accessing the property. The facility was extremely clean and well appointed, with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this property

It was new, clean, nice amenities and close to everywhere we went. Loved it!!

This beautiful property exceeded our expectations. Very clean, very modern and spacious, great location.Owners were friendly and attentive. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking, plenty of clean fluffy towels, beds and pillows were clean with fresh linens and plenty of extra blankets, comforters, etc. Bathrooms were spacious and spotless, 2nd bath included washer and dryer. All furniture was modern and townhouse was tastefully decorated. Would highly recommend. This property will be our first choice in the future when we return to visit Rapid City (we have relatives who live in the area). I have no regrets cancelling our hotel and choosing this rental property instead.

This place was squeaky clean and nicely appointed with local flair. So cozy with throw blankets and extra blanket in the bedroom. Nice little seating area out back. The road was a little close for comfort but never kept me from sleeping. The location is very convenient for seeing the sights. There’s a nice Main Street downtown with some great restaurants. We had a great stay and would book again!

Everything was beautiful. I'm so glad we chose to stay here! Ken and Starla did an amazing job. I can't say enough to express how much we enjoyed our stay!! One of the best places we have ever stayed!!! Centrally located close to many fun places as well!!!

Cannot say enough great things about this property, easy access to the Black Hills, the house itself was absolutely perfect for us, has everything you could ask for, The owners were prompt and courteous in every way you can think of, I gather we were a little early from the peak tourist rush, we went the end of April, but it was perfect, no crowds or lines to deal with. Do not hesitate to rent from these Hosts, you will not be disappointed.

I have been staying in VRBO rentals for over a decade, and this was the most outstanding property I have been in given its cleanliness, furnishings, and amenities. I would stay here again any time I am in the area visiting. The reverse osmosis water was a touch from home and much appreciated.

Property was beautifully decorated, very clean and centrally located. Hosts were responsive. I would stay again and have already recommended it to others.

My wife and I were planning to stay in the Rapid City area for an upcoming conference, and decided to make a bit of a getaway out of it. The town home we stayed in was really wonderful. Everything needed was available and then some! We loved the coffee supplies as well as the ice maker which made perfect little ice cubes for our evening refreshments. Having the garage to park our vehicle in was also an added benefit so no scraping of windshields was necessary. The home feels both modern and comfortable. I highly recommend and we already plan to return in the future when the need arises. Also, the host was very communicative and prompt with any questions. Thank you again for a wonderful weekend.

My family stayed at this property for our niece’s graduation from SD School of Mines and Technology. The home’s location was perfect for sightseeing and the graduation. We were very impressed with how immaculate it was and how well stocked it was for all of our needs. It was very nicely decorated with lots of local history. Access to the home was easy with a keypad on the front door. We’ll definitely be back!

When it comes to VRBO type places, I’ve never stayed in one this nice. Very clean, well decorated, nice amenities, easy to find, quiet neighborhood…thank you Ken & Starla!

This was our first Vrbo stay and it was an excellent experience. Beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Comfortable furniture and beds. Not far from downtown for evening dining and a central location to branch out and explore the Black Hills.

First, the location can't be beat! We arrived very late (after flight delays) so having only a 10 minute drive from the airport was a blessing. The house was immaculate when we arrived. There were very clear instructions for the amenities we could use. The house was so comfy and absolutely perfect for our week-long stay. We would absolutely stay at this property again :)

Very nicely decorated. Appliances all in excellent shape. Very comfortable for my wife and I; could easily have accommodated two or three more. Easy drive to downtown Rapid City. Good location for visits to Devils Tower, Black Hills, Spearfish Canyon, Deadwood, Custer State Park, and Badlands.

The stay was very pleasant, Met all my expectations. Host Kenneth was very nice and helpful. Thy had everything we were looking for to enjoy our time in Rapid City. If ever up there again I will be checking into it again. So great for our two couple stay. Thank you guys.
