Perfect property to accommodate our staff when visiting Orlando for an event. Lots of space and amenities close by.

We enjoyed our stay especially because we were able to be with family during our Family Reunion. The furniture (dining room chairs and table need to be replaced...painting would spruce it up a bit. I am looking at it from 22 years of property management from California to Puerto Rico. Overall I give this property thumbs up.

We were greeted with garbage at the front door. We discovered it was caused by animals at night. We started putting the garbage out in the morning. The property needs repairs. The furniture is in bad shape. Some of the beds had mattresses on the floor. The beds have been broken at some time.The stove and garbage disposal need to be replaced. The return air vents are real dirty. The pool was nice. The grill had to be replaced. We had to buy a new tank. Unless the place is cleaned up and repairs made I would not rent. They gave us a refund of 1 day out of 9.

House was nice over all but very basic furniture. Couches were very uncomfortable and almost no outdoor seating around the pool. TVs in every room is nice but most didn’t have remotes including the theater room so we couldn’t work the sound bar. Main tv in the living room didn’t have working remotes which was frustrating. All the batteries to the remotes were out of them and scattered around. The gates into the property didn’t work at all. Check in with the main gate and given a parking ticket with barcode but the gates didn’t recognize the barcode. Multiple cars experienced this and people lined up at the gate waiting on someone to exit and had to go through the exit. Overall a good house but could not better for days you are staying at the house and not going to a park.

Overall my group and I loved the house and amenities. Everything was as stated in the listing. The pool heat wasn’t working on the first day but they fixed it the next day and it worked fine thereafter. Overall, a great experience and time was had by all.

Property was very nice. We rented this house for a long weekend. It's very close to Disney. The beds were comfortable the house is a little noise. Meaning you can hear people upstairs if down stairs and if there are kids playing late at night in neighbor pool you aren't getting a good night sleep. We did have a few issues. One the dishwasher didn't work. After the ground crew contacted us it started working after tripping the breaker a few times. Getting into the neighborhood was a complete hassle. Horrible the security guard denied us access several times. Just hung up on us. The bar code on the orange paper for guest pass didn't work. We ended up going in the exit since the gates was broken and open. One time we followed another vehicle in. I would suggest a gate pass for guest staying at the house. The pool/spa wasn't heated which made it hard to use. There was a cost per day to heat the pool and spa. We choose not to because most of our time we spent away from the house. The other issue was getting the tvs and movie projector to work. None of the remotes had batteries in them. We had to stand on a chair to turn the projector on. I had to unplug my tv to turn it off as it was on when we check in. The amenities to other parts of the neighborhood weren't clear. We didn't know how to access the lazy river or how to find it. Management said to go to the clubhouse. Which we couldn't find. We never did use any of the amenities. Thank you Lisa

house great, bigger then pictures made it feel. better pool sticks would be nice, current ones are no good. had some imperfections in furniture, cracks of the couch were grossly full of old food, looked like someone had swept dirt under rug in living room, sink is falling out in kitchen, maintence man said he would be back in 1 hour, never showed up.. and an outdoor table and chairs wouldve been great to have, seemed to be the only property without it. and the trash can thing outside was very gross as well....

We were in the Orlando area for AAU Nationals volleyball. the home was a great size for all we needed....13 players and 5 coaches/chaperones. The home had plenty of room in the kitchen to prepare all of our meals. The only thing that was really lacking was the kitchenware. There were only a few forks, no cutting board, no colander, no serving utensils, no serving bowls, no dish towels, no hot pads or pot holders, no baking sheet, only one very tiny pitcher, and the pots/pans were not big enough to cook for 18 people. But, dollar tree is right around the corner!
