At first look the room and bathroom appears to be clean, but I found hair and dust in the closet, bathroom base board and under the sink cabinet. I recleaned and sanitized the entire room and bathroom before unpacking. Also no wash cloth was left after the room was cleaned. I call the front and ask for some without sucess. I had to get them myself.

We stayed here for a wedding nearby and would stay again if we were in the area.

Staff was not accommodating at all. I came in early at 02:15 pm to secure my room and was told that everything was taken care off. I requested a high floor and was told the top 2 were booked. So I would be placed with my bridal party on 2nd floor. I requested a bath tub. I came back at 11:30 pm after rehearsal and had to do everything over. Staff told me that I could not have water because I booked through a third party. They gave me a disabled room and I am not disabled. I was there for a wedding needed to iron and the room only had a table top board. Staff told me that was not a priority because of limited staff. Cheap paper cups in room and only gave you 2 of those. Grounds of property was filthy. I took pictures. The room was ok but the shade would not work causing the air to blow towards the window. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Do not book here there are multiple other hotels in the area alot cheaper and of equal (probably better accommodations). It's like an upgraded Motel 6.!!

Disappointing for such a nice hotel. We walked in to a urine stained toilet seat, I took pictures and informed the lady who checked us in, she cleaned it herself. Then we noticed dust and water ring marks on the desk the shampoo dispenser was empty. Overall it was an uncomfortable night I felt itchy tossed and turned every time the AC unit kicked on. Noise travels, I was on the 4th floor and heard people walking in their rooms close to 12am, and showering at 3am. The breakfast was decent biscuits, gravy, waffle, cereal, oatmeal, fruit. Good coffee and good smelling lotion in the room. This could have been an outstanding stay under the right conditions. No management has reached out about this incident to make it right.

Fire alarm went off at 11:45 pm. Did not discount lack of sleep.

Loved my stay!

Convenient parking. Friendly staff. Recently built (less than 1 yr old). Nice touches made stay more comfortable (plenty of hooks for hanging clothes, towels). Safety grip in the tub came in handy (foot injury).

With my 4 months baby we evacuated or room 5 times for fire alarm in the middle of the night I stayed there 3 nights every single night it happened once or twice . Never staying again

Clean and convenient.

Front desk staff very polite and courteous while being helpful as well.

Everything was great. The only issue was that the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night because someone was smoking in their room. The hotel is a No-Smoking hotel so this was just the result of someone breaking their policies. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Check in was smooth, and the receptionist was friendly and very accommodating to our needs as my husband is handicapped.

Beautiful area and clean hotel. I would have given 5 stars but the room did not have a microwave as advertised and the pool was freezing. Overall stay was great and my family would stay again.

The hotel room was quite dirty. Fingerprints on the walls, sticky spots on the hard flooring, obviously dirty carpet, etc. The hotel was nicely located and relatively quiet which was nice.
