The staff were all so friendly and could not do enough for you. We would definitely return.

Highly recommend Epavli Hotel! The staff are the friendliest people we’ve encountered on this trip, especially George! We love him! The way he makes coffee is top notch. They also recommended restaurants and places to go. Also, the breakfast included is delicious, It was convenient for us as we had our days planned out. The rooms are super modern and clean, There was 3 of us in a room so it was perfect. The hotel is 10 min walking from old town and many shops/restaurants on the way to check out too! If I come back to Crete, I would definitely come back here! Love everything about it.

We stayed for one day to stay in the centre of Chania. Our room was very stylish, and the harbour and surrounding area was walking distance even in the heat in August. Loved the roof top pool, too!

Great modern hotel in a good location about a 5 min walk from the old harbour. The staff were amazing and the room is super comfortable.

The location was ideal for getting to the old city & public transportation. The main issue was we could never get the room cool enough to enjoy being in there. The hotel breakfast was delicious & the staff was great

We have just enjoyed two nights in Chania at this hotel as a family of 4. The hotel was incredible and we would stay again without hesitation. It was contemporary, spacious and most important immaculately clean. Beds were comfortable.The little luxury toiletries, robes, slippers, water and coffee were lovely. Breakfast was great! Lots of choice for everyone. My kids loved the pancakes. The location was great for sightseeing in the old town which was spectacular. I think my new favourite place. Quaint Greek tavernas, lots of history, beautiful architecture and so many picturesque streets. Also good for a little shopping. Then to the staff at the hotel. They were warm, friendly and so very helpful, helping direct us and sort onward transfers. The rooftop jacuzzi wasn’t working on our visit which was a shame but we had plenty to do in the few days we were there so didn’t really miss it. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you for hosting us ☺️

Hotels.com says the hotel has a pool, it does not. It’s a jacuzzi at the top of the roof with 4 loungers. Important to highlight this in case like us you’re coming to laze by the pool like we did. The hotel itself is wonderful hence my 5/5 score. Rooms comfortable. Great service. Great friendly team. 5mins walk from the old town. Great place to stay to explore Chania Old Town.

A very good experience of this hotel; new (2023), classy, good location, nice breakfast, good service, good cleaning.

This is the best hotel in chania. I would not stay anywhere else. The breakfast is perfect. The room is completely brand new and the staff is very friendly. I would only stay here. Five star service.

Everything was new and clean

We were checking out right before breakfast opened and they didn’t even offer us to get anything before leaving. The night desk person was very nice but the morning staff was not friendly or helpful at all.

Gem of a hotel with an incredibly helpful staff, huge, comfortable rooms and only 2 blocks from the Old Town neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Epavli Grace made our stay in Chania incredibly enjoyable. They are a 5-10 minute walk from all of the old town shops and restaurants. The rooms are big and clean - everything brand new. They had a big balcony with a drying rack which was very convenient. They were very accommodating (delivered an iron to the room on request, helped book a taxi to the airport the morning of our flight out). The breakfast was excellent and they had many options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Loved the shower. Modern clean comfortable rooms with nice views from the balcony. The staff is super nice and helpful. Walking distance to old town and harbor, shopping, restaurants. Far enough away from the crowds of tourists to feel like you live there.

We felt at home right from the start, great welcoming from the staff. Warm service and very clean and charming place. The breakfast was perfect and the coffee good. I highly recommend it!
