I can’t even begin to explain how great of a time we had! Our family loved this house, all of them were super impressed with everything! The only, and absolute minimal thing we didn’t like was how close the neighbors balconies were didn’t realize we’d be that up close and personal but that never really got in the way and there’s was a lot of spider webs everywhere but I’m sure even if you’d clean them up they’d come right back so we weren’t worried! The location was great and convenience of the stores near by was awesome! The communication I had with the owner was amazing, she got back to me so quick and she was soooo friendly, answered all my dumb questions and it was such a good time! We will definitely plan to be back!

This house worth every dollar. Christina (the host) very responsive and great communicator. Facility has everything you can possibly imagine that you need. The though about everything, even they provide a PlayStation V for the kids. Once again, best view ever. Pictures in the listing are exactly of what you get!

We had a lovely stay at the Cliffhouse. Great location, beautiful views, plenty of space and the bed situation is optimal for a large group. We had a great family reunion, and even though there was 28 of us, we still felt like we had room to spread out and we weren’t on top of each other. Highly recommend.

There could be no improvements that would make this property better! We had 26 staying on property and 3 additional there for all our meals (they had to stay a few minutes away due to aging pets they could not board or they would have stayed on property also.)
The kitchen, great room and main floor deck were fabulous for meals, cards and hanging out.
The pool, hot tubs and game room provided hours of relaxation and fun.
The community pool was steps away from the front door and so clean and cool for the hot days.
If you are looking for an amazing getaway for a large group/family reunion type vacation, you couldn't go wrong with this one!!!!

We packed our whole family into this property and it couldn’t have been better. There are spaces where everyone can get together, but also plenty of hideaways for when you need a minute by yourself or with a smaller group. Will be back!

We had our family reunion with 28 people ranging from 2 to 78. It was able to accommodate all of us comfortably and even my handicapped mom. This house was beautiful and full of things to entertain all of us. The host was kind and helpful and provided quick responses. All of us were blown away with the house and views. Love, love, love this place!

1st I would like to share a Special Thanks to Christina L. the property manager, there is a reason for the 10 Star rating, she answered every call, every. We had every cooking utensil needed to cook, the kitchen was fully stocked, everything was well thought out. Christina ordered a waffle maker so we didn't have to travel with one. question with such finesse. It made a big difference. The Home was spectacular, the accommodations were top notch and the décor was very chic. The views here are unsurpassed, prime real-estate. We will be visiting this location for many years to come! Our baseball team came to stay while at a baseball tournament in Branson. Everyone was very pleased with the property and all the amenities. The property was stunning and the pictures did not do the views justice. Our teenage baseball players found the property to be very entertaining and loved the theatre room, the air hockey table, basketball/pickle ball courts and the cove they found to swim in that had a rope swing. Thank you so much for allowing us to use this property, we highly recommend!

We brought our entire family together for a week long summer vacation. The property was clean and beautiful. Pictures are very accurate. The views were amazing especially the sunsets! Christina was a great host. She is super responsive and eager to help with anything. She was even available prior to our trip to help with planning. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or location

Awesome place! Beautiful location! Lots of fun for kids and adults! Family reunion - 25 people! Kitchen lacks nothing! So clean! Very comfortable beds! It was a stretch for us financially, but worth every penny!

Fabulous property, pictures don’t do it justice. Excellent anmenities and incredible views from all three balconies. Our host, Christine, was outstanding as well. We are making plans for a summer vacation at Cliffwater. Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever issued.
