We were in town for a concert and a football game. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. The location is perfect for all things USC and Columbia. The beds were comfortable,, the decor was festive and the house was well equipped. equppirdequiTwouse

Enjoyed the house very much although we didn’t spend much time there. It was hot upstairs and adjusting the thermostat didn’t help but otherwise it was a great house for the size we needed. We then drove to the Masters on Wednesday so distance was perfect for the drive in. Thanks

My family and I stayed at this property while in town to tour the U of SC with our son. It is just as pictured and described in the listing. Immaculately cleaned and spacious. Beds and linens were heavenly! Located in a cute, safe area of town but not really within walking distance of much. Communication with the owner was excellent.

We rented this property to attend a football game, and it was perfect. The house is well appointed, cozy and walking distance to the stadium. The host Jason was a great communicator and made sure everything went smoothly We will absolutely stay again the next time we are in town!

If one is looking for place to stay which is close to Williams-Brice, you cannot do any better. This property was perfect for what we were looking for...convenient location (we walked to the ballgame), newly remolded with new furniture, etc., and a quiet neighborhood. And I doubt there are any owners out there better than what we experienced at 127 Rosewood Hills. We could not have asked for more. If I/we ever have a reason to be back in Columbia, this is the first place I will check when looking for accommodations.
