The place was exactly as described in the posting and was stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. Everyone had a great time!

We had a lovely time there. Great location and rental. There are some things that need fixing /updating but all in all we had a great time and would rent again. The owner Jason is a pleasure to deal with. thank you : )

They were very responsive to our questions and issues. Both units were clean. The permanent residents on the property were friendly.

This rental is very old and not very clean. We actually went and bought some cleaning products to make it feel a little cleaner. We have stayed in Hampton Beach multiple times and my husbands family has been coming since he was a child. I would say this was probably our worst experience. All the blinds are falling apart and things look very cobbled together. For what you pay to stay somewhere I would expect things to be much nicer and at the most clean. There were also some long term renters that were staying at the property right behind the house that were very sketchy. We felt that we had to have the house locked up at all times. Strange people were coming over all the time and they would have loud conversations outside. I was very sad that this was not what we thought we were getting. We still had a good time but unfortunately we will not be going back to LunaBlu properties.
