Everything.. The host is very welcoming and accommodated all our requests. An ideal place for a family holiday. The rooms are spacious all attached with a bathroom. We had a nice bonfire. Although the swimming pool is small due to the cold didn’t venture in. The place has a nice kitchen. Pots and pans and utensils too are provided by the host. Would highly recommend to stay here.

Wow, what a surprise! It was like staying in a mini theme park only totally peaceful. The location is perfect for a group with various interests. We were there as a group of 3 teens and 3 adults. You are on the doorstep of the Hatta Hub and mountain bike trails with everything easily accessible by foot, bike or car. You can get out and be active or just enjoy the quiet, relaxing various garden spaces. We hadn't realized how it was arranged with the different rooms spread out over the property and connected by all kinds of walkways and seating areas. Most of the bedrooms are large and each has it's own fridge, AC, bathroom, etc. Every room has it's own unique decorations as well and shows ingenious use of local materials. It was a true escape and change of scenery. There were two main areas with charcoal BBQ stands all ready for use. There is also a large indoor dining room with a big table and seating for 8-10. In addition to each room being ensuite, there were communal bathrooms for the pool & BBQ area. The pool was small but ideal for cooling off, playing around or relaxing. The hot tub was empty but you could enquire if staying whether it can be set up or not. The guys taking care of the site were very helpful and quick to answer any questions and help with anything needed from the WiFi password to getting a tour of the farm attached to the property. It is an ideal place to stay with a large group of family/friends.

The kitchen has a stove and oven and sink for washing up but not a lot of utensils and no pots/pans. The refrigerators are located in each bedroom rather than in a central location. None of this was really a problem for us, but if you were expecting to turn up with a group and keep everything together it would be easier to bring coolers and your own pots/pans/utensils. It is more ideal to just take some basic things with you to eat and plan to do takeaways for main meals which appears to be very easily done in the location. If you have comfy or favourite camping chairs you may prefer to take them for sitting and lounging on. There are MANY various seating options and locations which are amazing, but not designed for sitting for long periods with your feet up. They do have sun loungers available though which maybe we should have asked to use.
