We loved Mohamed, he really made us feel at home, but the rest of the staff was also wonderful and always smiling. Very comfortable bed, we slept like babies. Quiet place in the middle of the old city.

Maybe a small fridge in the room. But except for that, everything was perfect!

Åt inte frukost. Kunde inte bo på hotellet.

Hotellet saknade elektricitet och vatten från c:a kl 18 då vi kom till hotellet. Efter att ha suttit på en närliggande restaurang i fem timmar som både hade elektricitet och vatten konstaterade vi att vi inte kunde använda hotellet. Det var kolsvart utan emergency lights, någon form av belysning, generator och utan vatten. Det saknades vakt och hotellpersonal. Vår chaufför hjälpte oss till våra rum för att hämta våra väskor och vi lämnade hotellet och lämnade nycklarna på deras Front desk efter att ha trasslat oss ner från första våningen och i kolsvart mörker. Vi hade inte suttit på sängarna eller använt badrummen. Vi hade inte tillgång till ljus, vatten, aircon, fläkt, personal eller vakt.

Mitt i stan, nära till precis allt. Så fint inrett, vintage. Fina Loungeset precis utanför vår dörr. Fräscha rum och moderna. Fint badkar.

Frukosten… Man fick inte välja vad man ville ha utan fick det bara serverat. Vi slängde mycket mat eftersom vi inte gillade det. Ingen berättade vad man kunde välja på. Sedan är det bra om personalen lyssnar på vad man säger så minskar man också matsvinnet.

Excellent location for exploring Galle Fort. Staff couldn’t be more helpful - special mention to Ishara, Sam & Arshad who were so lovely & made sure we were very well looked after, helping us with onward travel too. The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast each morning was a highlight! Hope to come back one day…

Our room was confirmed for two nights, but we had to move hotel for the second night due to a booking issue with their systems. To be fair the second night's accommodation was excellent too, but it was a chore and initially presented as a potential booking cancellation. It all worked out well in the end though.

Se andate chiedete le camere al 1 piano sono meno rumorose che al piano terra essendo queste vicino al bar

Brand new hotel inside the Fort, very well located close to all the main places to visit and to all restaurants, cafés and shops. The staff pays a lot of attention to the guests, making sure that we had all we needed. The food is really good too, we had Western and Sri Lankan breakfast cooked by the hotel, really good!

A new hotel - located within the fort in a beautiful renovated house Very comfortable room. We had a free upgrade which I think the owner offers if available . The breakfast was delicious. Best Ive had in Sri Lanka .. The owner is very hospitable and helpful He arranged tuk tuk to take us out down the coast . Everything else you can walk . Limited reviews because it’s new but I recommend. Good accommodation for the price.
