The house was exactly as described. It was clean and my mom and I felt comfortable in the neighborhood. Communication from the host was also fantastic.

Property was as described in the listing. Great place to stay. Very comfortable. Master bed was like sleeping on clouds, sank in when I got into bed. Big fluffy towels also. Perfectly sized place for our needs. The host was very nice. Would start here again.

Our family of four in town for daughters graduation. Very nice home. Finished new and clean. House has all of the amenities you would look for (blankets, linen, laundry, kitchen, garage). Very quiet neighborhood. Communication went well with owners. They were responsive and helpful. The location we chose was close to everything we needed. Would stay here again no question.

The price listed is for 2 people only. The home is a 3 bedroom that states it sleeps 8. Just be aware you will be charged an additional $60 per person fee that is not stated in the description. I would recommend the owners adding this to the decrpiton for future renters. The home was clean and adequate for an older home. Please note for larger vehicle's the roads are narrow and parking is limited.

We spent 4 days at this property to visit Tulsa. I was informed about everything we needed in advance of our arrival and our host even offered early check in and check out if we needed the extra time. Kay was so gracious and responsive. The home was really clean and suited our needs perfectly. The only thing we didn’t have which would have been helpful was a large skillet. It was so quiet in that neighborhood we slept like babies. Will stay there again for another visit.

We drove in at night so neighborhood did not appear great at night. When we got to the house, the code provided worked and the house was amazingly clean. We unloaded and was able to get into our rooms. Everything was clean and prepared way better then a lot of hotels. The bedrooms had plenty of room, just like the rest of the house. The beds were comfy, loved the tankless hot water heater and bathroom's were just like some in most homes. Kitchen was a little small but all new appliances and it was fine for just my family. The house was just way better then a hotel, places to eat and shop were only a short drive and had no issues during the stay. Was a few dogs in the neighborhood but that is like most neighborhoods but they could be heard when they were outside. Overall the place was clean comfy, larger then a hotel room for around the same price and host was very responsive and great to work with. Would highly recommend if in Tulsa over a hotel.

The home was adorable, very comfortable, well-decorated and the host was a pleasure to interact with.

Our stay was everything we needed. House was clean, organized, comfortable beds, and communication with property manager was five stars. Neighbors had a dog that barked late and property manager addressed it and took care of it immediately, we were very impressed. Kitchen table was small but with use of bar there was plenty of room. We were in Tulsa for an event at expo center and it was just over 15 minutes away, and easy to get to. Would stay again!

We recently stayed at this cozy house in Tulsa while in town for a national wrestling tournament. Our group of 6 (2 families) had two 14 year old boys and 4 adults. This house was perfect! It was close enough to the Expo where the tournament was taking place and it didn't break the bank. This place was very clean, had all the advertised amenities and communication with Kay, the property manager, was extremally pleasant. Kay was able to accommodate our early arrival request and offered us a late checkout, which was awesome! This property exceeded our expectations in every way and I would recommend to anyone looking to rent a home in Tulsa! Thank you Kay for an amazing experience, we will be in touch soon as we'll be back to Tulsa in January for another tournament.

I was very pleased with our stay. Very comfortable accommodations and supplied with everything we might need. Definitely one of the best VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in.

Very clean, smelled great, and in great condition. There were a few things that needed updating/fixing, but it was small stuff that we shared with the owner. The owner, was very friendly and the communication was good and easy. For us personally, the location was great for why we needed it. Kitchen and eating area is a little small, but if it's a group of 4 or less, it works out fine. Check out process was easy. Would definitely stay here again if we need to in the future.

Place was beautiful, we stayed in the area for my nephews 4 th birthday party,did have a motion detector inside home which we was told it didn’t work , but flashed red every time you got near it , maybe have it taken down for future guest
