Excellent! My teenage son and I spend a few days a year in Payson while my oldest goes to a nearby camp. We decided to try a house this time instead of a hotel suite and can say wow…we are never going back to a hotel again. The house was fantastic. Would highly recommend. It’s great to see pictures and reviews of a property that actually turn out to be true and better than the pictures when you get there in person! 4 stars!

The Beehive (great name) was very clean, quiet and serene. We enjoyed birdwatching and the convenient drive up to the Rim and down the street into Payson. Thanks for the fantastic time away!

Cute little homey house with property all around you instead of houses yet close to restaurants and town. Enjoyed seeing the occasional wildlife and the memories of our stay will never be forgotten. We are in our 80’s but it is set up nicely for the little ones also.

House was clean, good ac, and host had fun boardgames. Easy to access. Well lit at night and the beds were cozy. A few downsides were all the tables ( inside and out) only sat four people. We were a group of 5. There is no dishwasher which is not a necessity but having a dishwashing stand would have been handy. We had 3 kids with us. Having some plastic cups and plates available would be a helpful addition to ease a mom's constant worry her kid might drop something. Other additional suggestions would be a bath mat for exiting the shower safely, a non see through clear shower curtain (as there is only one bathroom), a pen and note pad, clock in master bedroom, and ziplock bags. Overall great place!

Starting with cleanliness, the place was immaculate. Very nice appliances and decor. Bed was super comfy. There was an unexpected cold snap and there were extra blankets and comforters. This place is about 10 minutes away from everything in Payson. The property feels so secluded and you are absolutely able to unplug and relax. The area around the house is gorgeous. This is hidden gem for sure. It would have been comfy even if we brought our kids. Communication from the owner was on point. Super fast responses to all queries. Highly recommended. Amazing new property. Everything was new, clean, and very well-kept. The view from the back patio is just gorgeous. It is a small house down the hill from the host's main house, but it's a completely separate and private house. The property is very, very close to town, but quiet and secluded. A really lovely place to stay and we would absolutely stay there again. I do wish the front door had a night lock of some sort (there is only the coded deadbolt). There was also no bar to secure the sliding door. I'm a bit of a paranoid person so this may be just me lol Lastly, the wi-fi is pretty weak, but we didn't find it too much of an issue since we were there to "unplug" anyway, but thought it worth mentioning for those who come along after us if this is something people need or want. None of the things I mentioned though took away from the relaxing and quiet stay. We were absolutely thrilled with everything. Thank you!

Beautiful home and property with everything you need. Our son saw an elk the first day which was a highlight for him. The Pac-Man arcade game in the kids’ room gave mom and dad some adult time by the fire pit at night which was appreciated! Great kitchen which was used daily, and the location made it easy to go grocery shopping for our meals. Only an hour and a half to Sedona for a day trip & highly recommend Tonto Natural Bridge 20 minutes up the road. Great hosts - book it!

This house was perfect for our family (2 adults, a 7 year old, twin 3 year olds). The location was great, in a very nice neighborhood that was quiet and nice to walk around and explore. The house was very clean and they had all the amenities we needed. Close to nearby food and stores, no complaints at all with this place. Everything felt new and exceeded our initial expectations. We also really appreciated having a garage to park in during our stay. We plan to come back in the future for sure!

The house is modern and cozy with amazing views. The location is right in town. 5 minutes from whatever you need. Very easy process in and out. Property management well.

This VRBO was clean, and located on a beautiful piece of property Small square footage inside but large enough for more than 2 people. Our stay was pleasant.

It was definitely a great weekend! I went to Payson for a school related immersion. I am so happy I decided to stay here! It snowed the first day I was there, and it was gorgeous. I got to see some elk roaming around! The home was cozy, clean, and overall beautiful. I will definitely book here again!

We love this place.. it’s hidden away. It looks like a brand new build and if not, it was updated really well! It was soo clean! We have family in the area soo it was perfect! If we can, will be staying here whenever we visit again!!

The pictures do not make justice to this beautiful place!!! It’s small, but very comfortable and beautiful. You have the whole forest as your backyard! The WiFi was very slow, but who needs internet out in the woods? The Pac-Man game was amazing! Highly recommend this beautiful home!

We stayed here over a holiday weekend and it was perfect for our needs. A family of 4 can stay here comfortably! They had plenty of extra blankets. The kitchen was great had a coffee maker and pots and pans. The Christmas tree was so cute and the hosts were reachable and communicative! Definitely a 5 star place!

We had a relaxing stay at this new home in the Payson woods. The owner had several added nice touches: firewood, bag of ice, coffee, xmas tree w lights, 2 car garage, and many more. We will definitely come back.

The home was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The property owners made everything easy as far as sending me the code for the home days in advance so there was no hold up or questions to be asked

This cute house was perfect for our stay. Had mostly everything we needed for our entire stay. The backyard leads out to fun trails the whole family can do! Beds we super comfortable. It's secluded, but right next to stores and restaurants. The only thing that was needed, in my opinion, was a coffee pot, besides that everything else was there. Would definitely stay here again.
