My teenager said the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Great heating and hot water. Lovely to wake up to rolling hills, cows and chooks.

A little bit of road traffic in the morning, and that we couldn't stay longer.

I was greeted by Fiona, who was extremely pleasant and welcoming. She provided me with a tour of the cottage and explained the amenities available. It is worth noting that Netflix is available, although it is not mentioned in the description, which was a pleasant surprise. The location of the cottage is ideal, as it is situated in a tranquil countryside setting while still being conveniently close to shops. The cottage is well-equipped with everything one might need and more. The beds, sofa, and couch are comfortable and adorned with cozy throws. Although our stay was brief, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage and will certainly book it again when we return to Hamilton. I highly recommend the Fantail cottage for those seeking a peaceful retreat away from the city's hustle and bustle and an opportunity to immerse themselves in nature.

Location: very peaceful, beautiful farm scenery. Cottage: very clean. We loved the house plan - nice and simple. Beds were nice and comfortable. There were board games available too. Hospitality: informed host that we were running late. Fiona (host) was very understanding and opened up the cottage ready for us. Arrived after 9:30pm.
