Security was not good, they do not communicate with each other, for anytime I want to park I will have to circle the property up to 3 times. They are always arguing amongst themselves, it wasn’t funny. Until you get upset before they will do their jobs which is not supposed to be so.
My room was facing the road and it was so noisy I couldn’t sleep which made my day very unproductive.
The cleaner that came to clean for some reasons best known to him he just did not empty the trash in the bathroom..😤😤😤. Check in process was good.(the trainee did well, a young guy dark) front desk and Maintenance response timing was great. But you see those security ehhh… chai they frustrated my life. The one at the gate will grant you access, the one in charge of parking will misdirect you, you get to where you are directed to the other one will send you back to where you are coming from, then you explain to the 2nd guy that you are been directed here and both the 1st &2nd guy will start shouting on each other forgetting that you are a customer. And you are just sitting in the car wondering what is going on. Then the CSO will step in and apologize and look for a space for you to park. Like that was how it was from Friday I came in till Sunday I left.😤😤😤

My stay was awesome in this hotel. I enjoyed the service, and the room was so cozy, clean and beautiful. The lobby is beautiful too. Breakfast was well presented and delicious with many options. This is now my hotel whenever I visit Lagos.

We really enjoyed our stay at Black diamond hotel. The staff were all friendly. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Food was great. Drinks were good. I will definitely come back again to visit.

The property is very elegant and well laid out. Staff extremely help and reacted quickly to requests. Enjoyed the stay and would definitely come again.

It's a beautiful, spacious hotel with very friendly and respectful staff. There were quite a few hiccups with staff sometimes missing an item ordered or asking for the wrong payment and then asking for the rest to be paid (despite having told them initially that the amount I was being asked to pay was less than that which had been quoted over the phone by room service staff), however they were always very apologetic and respectful and there was one time that one of the bosses came personally to offer apologies & also brought a glass of wine which was very nice of him/them.
Despite all, I do want to give a big 'shout out' of thanks to their breakfast staff: Supervisors in breakfast room/restaurant: Patrick and Confidence, and also Esther, Joshua, Blessing, Lawal, Eric, Victor & Seun.

We r always happy with our stay at Black Diamonds our 2nd visit.. The staff is outstanding. The management goes above and beyond for u. We will be returning again😍

The location is convenient. There is room for improvement on service in most areas.
The restaurant staff are quite friendly.
In-house communications is a problem, one can only call either front desk or room service, if one needs housekeeping they need to call front desk....quite an inconvenience.
They do not give out irons, so if one wants a quick press you need to call front desk who sends housekeeping to come get your clothes and the pressing takes a while. So you can imagine the inconvenience when rushing for an appointment.
I will stay again, but some of these issues can be sorted out.

My stay was short however the service was great. Rebecca the breakfast server was lovely. I just wish the fellow making breakfast omelettes was a bit friendlier. He was a bit standoffish. Overall the property is great.
