It's just amazing and perfect. If you, as I was before booking, are doubting that this place can be as good as all the reviews say - don't doubt it! It really is that good. We took the risk and stayed in the 1st floor apartment, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and enormous terrace with a view over the garden/pool. Beds top quality, showers brand new, kitchen perfectly equipped with top end pots, etc. And it was so worth it! - it's really much better than the photos. Johanna is totally invested in the place which makes a huge difference. She is so fun and friendly and took great care of us during Cyclone Belal. Another advantage we had not anticipated was that it's up a slight hill, so if there is bad weather, you are much better off. We liked this area more than Grand Baie, it's less touristy, more residential. Don't hesitate, book now (while it's still affordable...)

Really nothing, it was better than anything we expected. But important to know that you do really need a car. The area where the villa is is very nice but walking 2km to the (nice) beach, restaurants or Super U is not really feasible.

- We got much more than expected. All the consumables in the kitchen, in the bathroom… Even beach chairs and sun umbrella - Johanna is an amazing hostess! She helped us all along our vacation, advised where to go, what to see, whom to call and much more - The appartments itself are very cosy and comfortable with great view (we stayed on the highest floor) and lovely barbecue area near the pool. From the very first day you can feel how much love and effort Johanna brought to this place. We loved a lot this specific place and Mauritius in general. Will come back for sure!

Renovated, spacious apartment with nice terrace and territory

Nous voyageons beaucoup, nous avons séjourné dans des établissements de tout type, et nous pouvons dire que c'est le meilleur accueil que nous ayons jamais connu. Johanna est une personne exceptionnelle, d'une gentillesse rare, toujours à l'écoute et qui fait le maximum pour que vous passiez un séjour merveilleux. Les logements sont décorés avec beaucoup de goût, très confortables et fonctionnels, d'une propreté irréprochable. Le coin est calme (quartier résidentiel) et central pour se rendre ensuite sur les plages de Tamarin ou du Morne. Merci encore pour cette parenthèse enchantée.

We had the privilege of being the inaugural guest in this place – Lakaz Del Sol - now that's what I call some top-tier VIP vibes! Seriously, it's like they snapped their fingers and turned this place into a total dream. Everything's spanking new, from the appliances to the sheets – talk about a comfy setup. The garden? Straight-up luxury vibes. Big pool, BBQ area, and there's even this cool bar next to the pool. Picture this: tables under the trees, perfect for chilling and soaking up the good vibes with your crew. They've got this departure lounge that's like the cherry on top (perfect for my late check-out), plus they also have free private parking. Just a quick 3-minute drive and you're at the beach, surrounded by top-notch restaurants and supermarket. The host, Johanna, went above and beyond to make sure everything was on point. Seriously, everything was spot-on, and we're already making plans to roll back next year for a longer stay and this time with some friends. Big shoutout to the host for making our stay next-level awesome. Can't wait to do it all over again! See you soon!

Quelle séjour extraordinaire à l'île Maurice! Ce petit coin de paradis à Tamarin a dépassé toutes nos attentes. Chaque aspect de cette propriété était impeccable et soigneusement entretenu, depuis le magnifique jardin jusqu'à la piscine, en passant par l'espace bar et barbecue. La literie était toute neuve et très confortable, et la cuisine entièrement équipée, incluant même une machine Nespresso avec des capsules offertes ! Johanna, la propriétaire, s'est montrée exceptionnelle, attentive à chaque détail, allant jusqu'à nous offrir des viennoiseries fraiches le lendemain de notre arrivée, comme nous n'avions pas eu le temps de faire les courses la veille. L'emplacement était idéal, à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de la plage (la Baie de Tamarin super pour les dauphins et La Preneuse pour la plongée dans une eau turquoise). Et à proximité de nombreux restaurants et supermarchés. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu à l'île Maurice, et nous exprimons notre profonde gratitude envers Johanna pour sa gentillesse et son souci du détail. A bientot on l'espere!
