The staff was extremely helpful with our transportation from the airport after our extremely late arrival, as well as when we needed a ride to a restaurant and back to the airport the next day.

It was nice ,but service at front desk took for ever

Like access to 4 pool areas. Restaurants on ground level had great food and most staff very friendly. Was very disappointed at check in as we stood at desk and was not greeted or made to feel welcomed. This was our first trip overseas we stood there trying to get the ladies attention and they did not come to the desk. We ended up sitting at a table waiting for our friends to arrive to help us and find out if we were doing something wrong. Very daunting for my husband and I and our 12 year old child.

Very cool stay, very cool room, very cool breakfast , very cool place to go by foot.

Everything about Kuta Townhouses was great, friendly staff, clean, close to everything.

Loved these apartments. So clean, spacious and well equipped. Comfy bed, good shower. Breakfast was good, great to have not one but two coffee machines that produced good coffee. One thing that didn't endear me was the pool areas, although pools nice they had a very un-Bali feel and a lot of squawking kids, not conducive to a nice relax by the pool.

The best thing about the hotel is the spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom rooms and cleaned very nicely

It had a lot of western type facilities including Australian power plugs rooms were lovely and big

very noisy, average breakfast, slow wifi, 2 bed apartment was a good size though.

This was our second time at Kuta town houses, after renting a 3 bedroom family apartment last year my fiancé and I we excited to try out the single apartments with kitchenette as we were traveling alone. Upon arrival we were told we couldn’t check in yet even though we got there at 3:05pm. We waited 15 minutes and were given a room still being cleaned and as we entered the room the smell of mouldy air send our heads into a spin. We requested a new room which most of the 2 level had that distinct mouldy smell. We asked for a bottom level apartment which we thought was amazing being pool side but were unaware of the sewage smell that would woft through at random ours of the day and night cause us to dry reach. At 11pm we had to evacuate our room due to our room smelling so bad and we no one from front office came to check the room I asked to see the manager who took 2 steps into the apartment and could smell it but then went to the bathroom and almost passed out it was that strong. Safe to say we asked for a room on the other side of the complex but as they were smaller rooms we had to accept a down grade with no chance of any refund. We did get our DVD rental for free after asking for it as a form of compensation for having a downgraded room for 8 days with no refund cause they couldn’t provide us with decent accomodation.

KTH is our preferred option in Kuta. We have tried many different types of accommodation in Bali but keep coming back to KTH. Our last holiday we stayed our first 5 nights in a nearby hotel which wasn't bad but we were very happy that we had booked our last 7 nights at KTH. We will be back.

The wifi was very poor other than that no complaints about the accommodation! Food was great, staff friendly and approachable.

Needs a bit of an upgrade in rooms. Breakfast was much better last year. Bbq dinner across the road was terrible.

It is old and tired , rooms need to be refurbished , not enough sun on the pools

Great acommodation and excellent service, the only thing was the old style TV in the room when in fact the description and the photo of the room showed a modern style LCD TV.. So the USB stick with movies and music on it that we brought was useless..

Convenient location and well sized apartment. The bathroom fittings in our room are aged though and one of the bathroom sinks wouldn't drain. Apart from that it was a comfortable stay and I would recommend this place.

Location was amazing. Only thing we didn't like was the room door lock. everything else awesome. we enjoyed our stay and will return.
