I feel that your mandatory $34 per night parking fee is too high for the service received. They don’t even help you with your bags in any way. Two older women were forced to unpack and pack our bags to and from the car. I am 72 and my mother is 92. Shame on all of you. In addition, my GPS had a very difficult time accessing the hotel. We could see it but had a hard time figuring out how to get to it.

Breakfast is great. Staff are nice. Rooms excellent. However the smoke alarm kept beeping in our room. We had to change rooms three times during the night. It appeared to be a known problem but no maintenance staff available. No compensation offered. When I asked we were given an extra hour to check out.

My stay was Awesome, I loved everything about the hotel, my only complaint is that the $34 a night parking should be listed in big Bold letters in the fine blue print or somewhere on the website, once booking is complete and you have your fees it’s upsetting to actually get to check in and be hit with other fees. No pool buys it’s not a need and also the wait to pick up and drop off your car could be better, overall 10/10

We loved how it is close and good linked to airport and at the same time the bis rooms.
We had a problem with air conditioner but nobody was able to solve it and we were really tired.

The room was large and clean. It was definitely a new hotel, everything was nice, clean and welcoming. We were convenient to a lot of things.
The two things that I disliked were: they didn’t have a pool and valet parking was mandatory.

Really a great place for a family of five. Very clean. Modern. Lots of breakfast choices. Only 2 issues. Really strong funky smell on our floor (not pot), but ZERO smell in the room so yay! Also, a tiny bit farther from the airport train than we’d prefer, and the sidewalk isn’t always easy to navigate with suitcases. Signage not available until you get off the train.

I was surprised that being so close to the airport that we didn't hear any of the planes going by. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only con was there was no shampoo in the room, but I made sure to inform the front desk as we were leaving.

The porta crib they brought us was full of popcorn!! And falling apart!
The continental breakfast was supposed to be available til 10 , we were down there at 9:40 and they were already putting the food up ! They had a big family reunion at the hotel also so what was left was very little! And to put it up early was unacceptable!!

Loved that we could take a tram from airport to 2 blocks from the hotel. So easy! Also, the blackout shades in the room were the best I've ever experienced. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Loved the automatic pancake maker...never seen one of those. Will definitely stay again next time our company goes to a conference -- right across the street was amazing.

This hotel was clean, spacious and had last minute availability when we needed a hotel due to a water main break in downtown Atlanta. The staff were all very friendly and the room was fantastic. I wish we had stayed at a Home2Suites the entire time we were in Atlanta.
