Arrived past 1 am but check-in was smooth. Maybe because I notified them that I’d be late? But I guess being an airport hotel, they are used to it. Although I took an expensive cab ride from the domestic terminal, it turned out I didn’t have to, as the hotel is easily accessible by airtrain. On my was back to the airport terminal, I didn’t make the same mistake! Mind you, there are no shuttle services from and to the hotel.

No microwave or fridge in room. Staff was kinda rude, but i guess thats what you get with the airport hotels

Clean, modern hotel. 3 minutes walk to the skytrain to get to Atlanta Airport. Friendly staff, excellent quiet and clean room. Good breakfast without disposable plates and cuttlery

We only stayed one night before a flight - the room was quiet, the shower pressure was amazing, and the AC worked perfectly. Water was $12 / bottle, but ATL prices. Valet is the only option for parking, which I never saw before making the reservation. We all hated the bed - the pillows instantly deflated as soon as we leaned against them which left all of us cranky in the morning. My only advice is bring your own pillow!

Tru is awesome. Clean. Friendly staff. Great when traveling with a dog. For the one by the airport, be aware they charge for parking.

Clean and smells good. Pillows need to be a little more robust. Heard noises all night long. Not sure what they were but didn’t sleep well.

stayed for 01 night and i would not stay here again . there is no value for money . i am sure for the price i paid i could find better accommodation. having said that i did not come across any failures at Tru by hilton .. just a budget hotel with slightly higher price tag .

Mandatory $34 valet parking wasn’t mentioned on hotels.com. Otherwise no complaints.

Staff was not knowledgeable about the area. The young lady that checked us in was clueless. Thankfully the valet team (which was awesome) was able to help me out.

Quick stay, but staff was polite and the property was well maintained.

The staff were outright amazing. The valet only parking that was not communicated properly until my arrival and the (although subtle) sounds of airplanes gets annoying. You can't have a phone conversation or relax outside because the planes are incredibly loud and they land/take off every 30 seconds or so. The staff was the highlight of my stay. Outright awesome service from them.

Came to the area for an Atlanta Dream game and the location was perfect. A quick walk from the airport and to the arena.

Used as a layover in Atlanta , very convenient for airport. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Thr room was great our only omplaint was that there were no coffee making facilities in room and tv didn't work. We did report it but the problem was not solved in the time we were there.

The hotel had only valet parking. This was not on description or information on Expedia. They charge $34 extra plus you are suppose to leave your keys. Our whole floor smelled of pot. Beds and pillows were ok but nothing to brag about. Staff did not offer information about WiFi or breakfast. We had to call about breakfast time. Breakfast was ok. Pancake maker was not working. Staff at breakfast was nice. During checkout, staff did not ask how was the stay. I will never stay here again.

The staff there were terrible. They forced us to valet. The valet service lost our car key.They took no responsibility. They stated that "it was not their fault. It's a separate service. They did offer in anyway. We had to call the police to document everything. We were held out the morning of checkout. We chose the hotel because it's close to the hotel. The hotel stay washed their hands of us. We had to a locksmith to open the trunk so that we could our luggage out. Thank God that our daughters were there to help us to get to the airport. I chatted with a Hotels.com rep who was supposed to look init. We haven't heard anything. It has been almost a week. We want our money back. We don't recommend no one staying there. I need someone to reach out to resolve or we will not be using Hotels.com again.

The hotel was immaculate and had a very comfortable lobby. My room was not ready when I arrived (2pm instead of the 3pm check in) so we had to wait a while in the lobby. The staff was great and the Valet was so helpful and kind. I had issues with my TV where the input was not recognized which was annoying and it was after hours

Easy, friendly and clean

Great property for stay if you are looking something near airport. Very accessible to the GICC sky train station.
