Horrible room service and they had cockroaches!

They didn’t make enough breakfast food by the time I came down for breakfast and that was at 7:30 am. Breakfast is from 6-9

Decent size room and comfortable. One set of bathrooms lights didn’t work and the other set was on a motion timer that shut off every 15 seconds or so. We phoned the front desk and they told us pushing the button would keep it on but it never did. Made it interesting to take a shower.

I was looking for a hotel room that was affordable. I was very pleased with the hotel. They had everything that I needed. Christina was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

The air conditioning was absolutely horrible it took almost 2 hours to get the room to a comfortable temperature. And it was very difficult to tell what the temperature of the unit was at. It definitely needs and upgrade.

Good value for the money. Check in and check out was easy. Seemed clean. Nice bed, comfortable and pillows were great. Had room 302. Only complaint was the a/c unit was a little noisy. Didn’t eat breakfast there because the coffee was not good for us. There was biscuits & gravy and scrambled eggs, waffles.

Great place to stay was home away from home when I wasn’t at our family reunion.

The hotel was nice. We enjoyed our stay. Jennifer at the front desk was very nice while we checked out. They also called us immediately and let us know we left behind my daughters stuffed animal. It was incredibly nice of them to do that.

When we checked in and the room we had the bathroom had long black hair in the shower and on the toilet. When asked to clean the bath area we were told they were only cleaning "check outs". The breakfast food in the warmer was cold, ended up going elsewhere to eat. This was my last stay at this hotel, and I won't be back.

The only thing that was clean in our room were the beds. Looked like there was water damage in the corner of the walls because the paint was bubbling, floors weren't vacuumed, tub needed to be deep cleaned and the tile in the bathroom was broken. Spend the extra money and stay at a different hotel.

Dirty! Hair in the shower and on the pillows. Shower was not cleaned. Filthy light switches. Bad smell in lobby and room. Dusty!

The check in process was long and they could have mentioned the 50$ deposit on expedia instead of "by the way" ing it at the desk. The bathroom in lobby was out or order and the continental breakfast, while existent, left more to be desired.

The property is in a very questionable area. I thought with nice restaurants and good shopping in the area, it would have been nicer. But it wasn’t. Sketchy people loitering around the exterior made us feel unsafe.

Location is perfect, staff are very friendly, hotel needs some repairs and upgrades but was clean and overall we enjoyed the stay.

I walked in and walked out. I didn't stay and was still charged. I have reached out to Expedia via email about a refund because I didn't stay and ended up paying for another hotel which was Hilton Garden suites which was so much better but have not received any response from Expedia about my experience or compensation of any kind. Very disappointing!

1st of all the hot tub was out of service. This was the reason i booked this hotel. My daughter seen a roach in hallway. The pool and hot tub looked nothing like it did on line also the pool was very salty. I will never stay here again.
