Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The roof access and the views gave us the perfect setting to enjoy dinner sunsets. We felt very connected to our host through text and emails and since my family will be stationed in Southern California for the next 3 years I'm sure we will be back :)

Property was very clean, just as pictured. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants and shops. Would have been nice if there were some board games in the condo and a grill up on the rooftop deck.

Unit is brand new as are all of the towels, sheets and kitchen supplies.
Loved the deck and furnishings.
Lots of stairs & interesting floor plan.
Beach shed well stocked with 4 chairs, 2 boogie boards and big rolling cart.
Train station was not loud.
Highly recommend!

The rental was definitely exactly like what is shown in photos. Of all rentals I’ve stay at, this one was a 5 out of 5 being the best place. Very clean, stocked items that we would need (trash bags, dishwashing soap, detergent, etc..). The rooftop porch was gorgeous to be able to hear waves and watch sun rise/set. Close to everything. My family and I had a wonderful time. Just simply gorgeous rental. Thanks for always checking up on us. We will definitely be coming back.

Two families, 8 people, had a great time! House is practically new so everything worked like a charm. Rooftop patio was great for sunsets and breakfast! Less than a 5 min walk to sandy beach where we hung out all day and teens and adults could jet back and forth as needed. Area is pretty clean, a few homeless people around downtown but always felt safe and no one bothered us. Property manager was super awesome about check in and process was super easy. If we come back to Oceanside, would definitely pick this place again. Be ready to get your steps in though! Place is 4 stories so we were up and down the stairs a lot!

Our stay at this beach house was everything we hoped for and more. The accurate description and photos gave us a true sense of what to expect, and we were not disappointed. The proximity to the soccer fields, restaurants, bars, and the beach made it an ideal location for our family. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient beach getaway in Oceanside.

This rental property is a dream! Beautifully decorated and immaculate! It had all things my family needed for a more than comfortable stay. It was so close to the beach and all the cute shops and restaurants in that area. The only suggestion I would make would be some window shades in the master bedroom on the second floor. There is a light at night from the building across that filters into the room which makes it a bit bright. Other than that, we will probably try to stay at this home on our next trip!

Beautiful place to stay at Oceanside. The property is very close to everything from dining to the beach! The place was comfortable, clean, & was nicely decorated. The views on the rooftop were amazing which we enjoyed watching the sunset over dinner. Love the kitchen & all the big windows! It was just so nice & bright! Overall, it’s a great place to stay to spend time with family near the beach!

It was a wonderful experience staying at the Dreaming of Capri. All three floors is practically new. The best part is the location: quiet when you need it but just a two minute walk from the center of the action.You get all the amenities of home, including garage door enclosed parking, balconies and roof top access with furniture where you can enjoy a 360 degree open view. If we had to nitpick, we would want a hook to hang a towel for easy reach when getting out of the shower. It was worth it because it really felt like a vacation.
