We had a fabulous experience at the townhouse. We would stay again.

The property is right on the beach, so we could walk out our backdoor and step right onto the sand. It is located on the less busy end of PCB so it was peaceful and quiet. You are very close to Winn Dixie. There is not much parking so if you have more than one car, it makes parking a bit challenging. The trash pickup is on Friday, but since people check out on Saturday, you'll find your trash will probably be full when you arrive from people cleaning out their leftover food. After 3 contacts with management, our trash was picked up. The property advertises that it sleeps 14. We had 14 and we were a bit close. The dining table/bar doesn't seat 14 at one time so we were eating all over the living room and kitchen. The property does not have 14 sets of dishes/utensils to accommodate 14 mouths to feed. Management was notified about this so hopefully that will be taken care of soon. The property had a Keurig coffeemaker and a regular one. It had a blender, toaster, smallish crock pot, can opener, measuring cups, mixer, a few skillets and pots, and a cookie sheet. There were also a lot of mixing/storage bowls available for use. However, only ONE kitchen towel and dishcloth. Management was NOT overly communicative or helpful- did ask us if we'd be checking out earlier than 9 am the day we left. :/ There was also trash under some of the beds and a smushed cockroach on the pull out mattress. Makes me wonder how well they clean the property between guests.

Property was great and just as described. Location was perfect for us!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that.

I was very impressed with the unit. VERY comfortable for 6 people. Plenty of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils, and not the cheap stuff most VRBOs come with. For the coffee drinkers out there, the only one in this unit is a Keurig. We just bought one across the street. Plenty of towels in every bathroom. This unit also has two gas grills and a charcoal grill. The beds were very comfortable. This unit is right on the beach, so the views are awesome. There were a few beach chairs in a closet right off the lower deck. Winn Dixie is right across the street so shopping was very convenient. In case anyone is coming in from out of town, they have fresh seafood and will season and steam for you. Way cheaper and better than going out to eat. The ONLY slight downside is parking. The driveway is quite steep, so if riding motorcycles just be careful. We have been coming to PCB for quite a few years, and this is by far the best place I have rented. The lower unit does not have a stairway inside, you have to go through to the deck. We did have an issue with the main door (low battery, 9 volt) we went to Winn Dixie and bought a pack. I could not see calling management or maintenance since two of us staying there are electricians,,,,,,,,,,spare is now above the washing machine if anyone else has a problem. The only reason I gave 4 stars for communication was because no direct number for the manager, we only communicated via email, which I do not have while on vaca.

We were concerned about coming to PCB during spring break due to the crowds, but this townhome location was shielded from nearby Towers and large crowds. We had no problem with beach space. The three decks provided access for beautiful sunsets on every level.
