I loved the private feel of the back yard and there were plenty of restaurants and shops very close by

Convenient location, clean and comfortable

Our family enjoyed our stay being close to the Railyard BMX Park and other trails of Bentonville.

Our Bible study group of 9 senior ladies stayed one night in order to take the Arkansas Missouri Railroad trip from Springdale to Van Buren. This home was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Our host, Tony, was quick to respond to questions. There are beds for nine, one being a bunk bed. Two of our ladies chose to sleep on the sofas which are not sofa beds but were very comfy. Extra linens were provided for the sofas. Having 2 1/2 bathrooms was very nice. We felt very comfortable there and the home definitely contributed to us having a memorable trip!

Nice property. Good location for ease of many things to do in Rogers

The house seemed very clean and had newer appliances and fixtures.Two of the back windows are missing screens. The perfumed plug-ins were incredibly overwhelming and we had to open the windows and air the house out. Usually smells don't bother me but it was very strong. The neighborhood was a bit rougher than I had expected but we didn't have any issues.

It was a short stay for us over a baseball tournament, but was so much better than a hotel. We were a little nervous about the neighborhood when we first drove in well after dark, but had no issues at all. Several places in the area look to be getting spruced up. The place was clean and fresh, had everything we needed and not hard to get in and out to the main roads. Beds are firm, but nice quality and bedding was cozy. Kitchen was well stocked for a short visit and bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and soaps making packing easier. Plenty of the basics like paper towels, trash bags and laundry needs. We loved the ping pong table and having the extra space to make memories. All the appliances worked great and we had no issues at all. The fenced yard was perfect for bringing out lab along for the journey and made our family stay that much better. We will definitely be booking again in the future!
