Nasty dirty in room.

There was a big hole in the wall and missing plug outlet

Shower, carpet and whole room very dirty and smells

Great breakfast bar. Great maintenance. It made every thing work right. I told management addition to the breakfast bar.

It’s advertised as “family friendly” but they don’t have crib nor pack & play. The room ceiling already had several leaks from past rains, no repairs were done to fix it. No elevator to carry our luggage to the second floor, it was a very high price for the given quality. The only positive thing was breakfast.

First off the key pad for entry into my room wouldn't work manager had to let me in my room every time was like a storage room had extra chairs a stove and stuff in it Looked like they hadn't vacuumed in a year the tub/shower hadn't been cleaned in probably a month hair old shampoo in it toilet didnt even have a lid i wouldn't stay here i wont agin i promise

The hotel was not in the same good condition as my previous stay. Night manager was lovely and helpful. Room was gross. Nothing worked. No remote for television. Refrigerator not working. Microwave not working. Full size oven randomly in the room. Too much furniture. Gross. Carpet hadn't been done in who knows how long. No toilet tank lid. More water going down the drain than out of the shower head. Hair everywhere from previous occupant. Just Gross.

The property is dated, dingy, & in desperate need of a renovation. Parking is extremely limited in a dilapidated back area with broken pavement and a discarded mattress. There are stains on the carpet and the bathroom is gross. The beds are at least clean. If I had the choice I would not have stayed here.

Property just needs updated. Bed was comfortable and slept well but generally dirty and outdated. Staff was nice.

The property in general was pretty good, but they put us in a room where the air and heater didn’t work, the top was off, on the insides were exposed and were very dirty.

The bathroom were not great at all. We were suppose to have Handy Cap room. And we didn't get it. I just didn't feel safe around here it was not like it was 7 years ago one one of t place when I stayed for 4 or 5 days. We didn't have a TV at all. I will not stay at another place like this again. I think we should have got. Some retire to us.

Black mold around shower fixtures. Took all day and four requests to get toilet fixed. Understaffed. No housekeeping service. Very dated. Pool was decent.

Clean room. Basic breakfast, near highway

Arrived at the motel on March 31st at 6:00. First thing I was greeted with was a pile of dog poop at the front door. Clerk at the front desk was hard to understand. After spending 5 nights there, not once were the sheets changed or the bed made. The floor was filthy and never vacuumed one time during my stay. The wastebaskets were emptied twice while there. The bathtub was absolutely filthy. Not cleaned one time during my stay. After 2 days of not replacing the empty Kleenex box, I finally asked them for some Kleenex. After complaining about the filth in the room, I invited them to take a look at the room and all they said was that they believed me, but did nothing about it. Also, the FREE breakfast consisted of 1 choice of cereal and waffles. What a breakfast. This is absolutely the worst experience I've had staying in a motel. I will never stay in another Quality Inn again.

Easy and quick check-in

No parking, facial tissues, and freezer needed defrosted once came to hotel. In AM nothing to heat hot water a cup, shower drain did not drain well, then went to breakfast no fresh fruit. Very disappointing. Never had to worry about staying at a Quality Inn before.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

This Quality Inn was not understanding of the situation. Would not reimburse one night due to an emergency.

Very nice bed and bedding. Pool was a bit cool but clean and the room it was in was beautiful. The breakfast was very minimal- almost nothing if you are gluten-free. Overall property is older but clean. Service was good.

The room was clean but the door in the back by the parking lot was dirty as well as the steps up to the 2nd floor.

Our stay was very pleasing, comfortable and clean.

The rooms were very nice, clean. Smelled good. Very comfortable mattress. The provided several towels. Very quite.

The on-site parking was among the poorest I have ever had. The housekeeping person in preparing the room left two forks on the floor under the table. The property doesn’t have an elevator which is a problem for older people with luggage. I would say this was not the best place we have ever stayed.

Pretty noisy—my room was closest to the front desk.

The shower was moldy

Room wasn't very clean and had a musty smell. bed looked slept in when pulled back covers. Air filters on room ac units very dirty Just made us so uncomfortable we left after an hour in the room we just couldn't find it to stay there. Front desk lady was pleasant.

Very clean. Stayed two separate nights during our vacation. Breakfast was minimal but good. Waffles were great! We are not much for big breakfasts anyway so was perfect for us. Will stay again for sure!

We’ve stayed here several times. It’s always clean and comfortable. It’s not fancy but definitely a great stay for the price.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms were a little outdated but clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable.
