Easy to find, comfortable, quick checkin and easy parking (9 euros). Great location, just a few minutes from the city center, but the hotel is on a very busy road, so we were lucky to have our room on the courtyard - it's better to ask for one not on the road. The breakfast is fine but quite crowded, so not very enjoyable, but maybe it's better earlier. Overall a nice hotel for a short stay.

Room was spacious but could be more cleaner. The service was okay reception staff not too friendly. The food was okay more option would be better. ovely outdoor space and relax environment. Overall it was a good stay.

Tiny rooms, parking in garage only for cars up to 1,42 m in height. Parking around hotel next to impossible. Area between hotel and city center full of homeless people. There were even people fighting in the streets at 18:30

Overall a pretty good hotel. We booked 2 rooms for a family vacation. Both rooms were a queen bed and were fine for us adults and our toddler. Rooms were surprisingly small, though, probably the smallest of all the hotels we stayed in during our Europe tour. Hotel provided a crib in one of the rooms for our baby which made it even more cramped. But as a plus the hotel did have the crib ready in the room when we arrived, which was great. Biggest complaint is the complete lack of parking. Their small parking garage only accommodates short cars. If you drive an SUV you will not be able to park in the hotel garage. I had to drop off my family at the curb and drive several blocks down the road until I finally found an available spot on the street. That whole ordeal was very frustrating. Breakfast was good. No issues with check-in or check-out.

Hotel was bright and well decorated. Garage was a bit difficult to use.

basic ibis styles. the room was a bit stuffy with no chair with a back, but i had a great view, it was clean, etc. Good location to walk into town.

Overall the hotel is fine. There is nothing fancy. It is older and the parking situation is hard to work with. The bar downstairs has simple drinks and pizzas which was nice.

Surprise, comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast, bed was large and comfortable.

The room was clean and well maintained however the air con simply wasn’t good enough even at full force it nevered cooled the room. Opening a window wasn’t much better as then you got the noise from the streets around the hotel. Parking should come with a warning as anything bigger than a small hatchback and your in for a nightmare. We were given no directions whatsoever on how to use the underground automatic parking lifts. If it doesn’t fit in the boxes there are two bays on the ramp in to the car park and if they are full I guess you have to find your own parking. One good point was the breakfast which was plentifull and with a good selection.

Lovely room and nice breakfast. Very convenient location next to Xmas markets and to the Netherlands where we visited valkenburg's Christmas caves.

I went to Germany (Aachen) knowing next to nothing about their language or how business operates around there. But the staff at this hotel was really kind enough to guide me where I needed to go or explain various stuff I couldn't understand. Overall it was a very nice hotel to stay at and I would recommend it to almost anyone who is looking to have a short stay in the city of Aachen.

Well located minutes walk to the old centre and restaurants.Good room size very comfortable large bed excellent breakfast would stay again and recommend
