My wife and I came up from Florida to see our son and daughter-in-law, and visit with our new granddaughter.
The location of Evan’s place was ideal. The accommodations were 10/10, and the private parking for our car was great. The next time we visit, we will look at staying here.

House was clean and comfortable. Lots of little amenities that made it feel like home! I especially appreciated the white noise machine, fan in the bedrooms, and dishes for the kids! It was close to many stores, restaurants, and shops! Such a perfect location that allowed us to easily take day trips to Cosi, Zoombezi Bay, and the Zoo. Host was very kind and had excellent communication. We loved the playing games, and thought the candy dispensers were such a fun touch!

Charming duplex in a great location just off High Street about 5 minutes south of Worthington and 10 minutes north of OSU. It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. I loved that there were fans in the bedrooms. I'm someone that has a hard time sleeping without a fan so I was very happy that they were available. Nicely stocked utensils and cookware in kitchen including a Keurig with coffee. Cute patio with outside seating that overlooks a large green space in the back. Convenient parking as well. Evan, the host, was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay there again!

I honestly don't know where to begin! EVERYTHING was amazing! Evan checked in on us consistently. The house was beautiful! It was clean! It's EVERYTHING you see in the photos! The neighborhood was great! Everything was great! I travel frequently, so I'm always prepared. Cleaning products, towels, etc. This time...it was SO unnecessary!! The house was equipped with EVERYTHING you may need! This trip for us was simply to get away, take a break and try to reset for extremely unfortunate events that has to be dealt with this weekend. Evan left us absolutely NO worries!! There's not enough words to express the care and hospitality we received. Will DEFINITELY be going back!!!

Great location, easily accessible off of main thoroughfare on a quiet cul-de-sac. Little to no traffic other than residents. Never saw a neighbor. Was there for nine days.
Property was clean and organized. It is well appointed and cozy. The beds are very comfy and the shower is good. Kitchen well appointed. Nice outdoor space.
Owner/manager made himself available communicated well, responds quickly and was more than accommodating.
Overall good value. Will likely stay again on next trip.

The location was perfect. It was only a couple minutes from High St. Starbucks was only a minute down the street. I was also impressed with the baby items that were available to use such as a stroller, mini crib, pack n play, monitor, baby gate, and toddler dishes. It definitely made our stay more comfortable. I would stay here again. The host was very quick at responding and check in/out was easy.

Staying at Evan's property was an absolute joy! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt like we were in a pristine oasis. The beds were so comfy, we didn't want to get up in the morning! Evan's thoughtfulness really stood out, from the sweet welcome note to the little treats he left for us. It's clear he truly cares about his guests. If you're looking for a cozy, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Columbus, look no further than Evan's place. We can't wait to go back and experience it all over again!
