Horrible. When booked called and they said plenty trailer parking for towing a race car. Arrived and zero parking for truck with trailer. Idiots recommended leaving race car and trailer elsewhere. Staff absolutely rude. Yet to get refunded. Beware at any cost. They want your money but lie and are rude

This place was very, very nice!!! That 'bed'!!!! OMG! What a comfy. Too bad we couldn't stay longer. It was easy to go out and return. My son found us the handicapped area to park and an easy exit going in and coming out. We loved our stay. We'll probably stay and/or recommend this place to others like our Women's Ministry at the church that i attend. 👍👍

This is a brand new property. Very clean and large space. No carpet to worry about. We brought our 2 dogs with us and they had plenty of room as well. Nice kitchen area, but if you plan to stay long term, bring your own dishes, utensils, etc. There is also a nice sized common area laundry room. However, our only complaint was there was one elevator for the whole building and was not working, though the repairman was there right away. Staff was very nice.

They don’t like different country people and this hotel the races they’re making discrimination. Employees step is no experience. They argue each other inside. They made a mistake. They blend to the other customer up to the manager are so rude. They don’t listen anything you tell anything they will say I call the police, and you online and Kentucky never travel again this hotel this is totally discrimination. I hope the corporate store take action against the manager and the duty somebody gonna file one and this going big trouble.

They needed to supply hand towels/shampoo. Other than that it was fine for a 1 night stay

The property and front desk staff were great the night I was there. The 2 rating was due to an item I left behind. I normally travel with my own pillow and accidentally left it behind. When I called to see if it was found, I was told items left behind are typically thrown out. Very disappointing! It was an expensive Sleep Number. Pillow.

Place is cool but they charge you if you need toilet paper or anything else. People was drinking and nobody complaining but my kids playing and people complain, I wouldn’t come back to this hotel

It was conveniently located on our trip. Facility was clean and quiet.

The staff was outstanding - I stayed here on my trip to and from Mississippi and every single employee I encountered was kind, friendly, and helpful! It was a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay. I loved the hard floors (no carpet) and having a full-size refrigerator. I will stay again anytime I’m in the area.

In town for a softball tournament. Easy to find and gentleman working desk was very nice and helpful.

Overall okay- should have said something that the front office was not manned from such time to a specific time. Checked out at 0605 and no one there. Asked to call#500 for person on call- tried three x's no avail. Had to leave room key in the room and did not go complete check out

It was a very bare bones room. Although clean, there was no coffee pot in the room, no hair dryer, one very tiny sliver if soap, 2 towels, 2 wash clothes , no hand towels, and this was a 2 night stay for 2 people, 3 very small flat pillows, no extra blanket, no ice bucket, a chair smashed between the bed and wall, so that you couldn't get up near the head of the bed, and could not move the chair, because the heater unit was in the way. The hotel stunk, there was a very pungent order in the halls, over all, not a pleasant stay. Also, no amenities available for purchase and although their sign says free breakfast, there was no breakfast. There was a coffee pot in the lobby, not even any tea bags

The Night Manager was nice.

No customer skill. I was booked for 2 queen bed. But when I got there. She give me only 1 queen bed I never ever had bad experience like this.

Super Clean, Quiet, Very Comfortable

The woman that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. The room however was disgusting. There were crumbs all over the counters and shelves. The hallways and room smelled like cigarette smoke as well as the room having an extremely strong cologne-like odor. I went to wipe some water I spilled off the floor and it immediately turned the washcloth brown. The sheets appeared ok but very poor quality and the comforters had stains. The parking lot had quite a few people hanging out in the middle of the night. They had accidentally given someone else my room and instead of a king bed it was two doubles.

Staff was super friendly and supportive. The hotel itself was nice and clean.

Nice new clean hotel n room. It hasnt happened in a longtime. Only unique thing was the mattress, kind of on the soft side, but had a good night sleep? Don't know what kind it was? Plus the bed is close low to the ground. Below chair sitting level. Head scratcher, Why? Other than that, good price for last minute reservation.

Very new property and it seems the aren't totally ready. Person at the front desk was a little uncertain about how to check people in. Rooms have cook top and fridge but no kitchen accessories at all. No hand towels in the room. No one at the front desk when we checked out early. Coffee in the lobby is just a machine with no creamer.

Brand new property. Super clean. Kitchenette in room and BIG screen TV. Water pressure is hower was great and left my hair super soft. It's bring your own toiletries, but I do that anyway. 10/10

This is a new hotel so everything is clean and nice. However just a heads up they don't offer hair conditioner or a blow dryer. Guy at counter was very polite and apologized for the delayed check in. Overall this was a great stay.

Woodspring Suites is a brand new facility in Bowling Green, KY. Everything is new. It makes for a wonderful stay. The over sized bathroom was excellent! We will definitely be staying there again.

The king suite was absolutely amazing, the staff was nice, the hotel was very neat and clean
