The whole entire property was extremely dirty. Staff was rude and helpless when I addressed these issues. Had to ask at 8 o’clock in the evening during one night of my stay to have my room Service because housekeeping never did. Trash was overflowing floors were disgusting. There were roaches in the rooms and breakfast was mediocre at best.

Room needed repairs, two doors hanging off cupboards, toilet roll holder hanging off wall. Website says there’s a luggage hold but staff refused to let us leave our bags anywhere after 11am checkout even though our flight wasn’t until 4pm

The breakfast was good, room was clean and staff was friendly. I loved the lobby area, very spacious.

The hallways were dirty. In one of our rooms there was no garbage can and TV remote. In the other one the phone was not working and dirty towels were left on the shower. There is clearly a lack Of supervision

Nice room, could do with a shower renovation. Room was well appointed with fridge and microwave. Room was clean, beds were nice. Hotel lobby was nice and there was a nice outdoor courtyard with chess, connect four, cornhole, seating and a pool.

Our stay was for the graduation of our son from Basic Training, overall great hotel. Breakfast was good, no complaints. Wish they had more parking, and the pool was small and need of sone repair but the kids still enjoyed it!

People across the haul in and out of their room all night long. It’s like it was a delivery center. Stopped when the sun came up. No hot water in the shower. Relocated next day and I was forced to recheck in 2 more times over a 4 day stay. The final might the fire alarm was going off all night at the desk. Freaking nightmare hotel! Room was comfortable though.

We were there for 4 days for my son’s graduation from the Army. Was a great stay overall and would recommend to anyone to stay there.

I did not realize this was the same property that I attempted to stay at the week before as I booked the Gardens side of the hotel. This hotel also has an extended stay hotel attached to it so it was confusing when I booked and paid for the hotel for one week!! Now EXPEDIA IS REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY!!

Friendly and helpful staff

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Hotel was very clean including rooms and common areas. Pool was the prefect size. Great place to stay for Army family day. Few mins away from Fort Jackson but over an hr from CLT.

The check in was unprofessional, my room was uncomfortable. Outside in the parking lot was sewage. Only on small trashcan was in the suite. They kept taking money out my account. The elevator was slow and smelled of urine. Children were running up and down the hallway. The receptionist was on his cellphone while we needed help. We stood there 5 minutes until he finally asked us what we needed.

The outside of the back parking lot was terrible, sewage used tissue coming out. Animal poop visible on side walk. Construction materials, dust was an eyesore. Saw broken glass in room Also, Please supply larger or more trash cans in rooms

The hotel is very nice. I would stay there again. It has gone under some recent renovations making it more up to date. The rooms have been converted from the standard motel style rooms into extended stay rooms with a full kitchen, refrigerator stove, etc. This was done by adjoining two rooms together. Some of the work being performed is average at best. There were paint stains on the carpet along the molding that was freshly painted. The entrance door was out of alignment, so there was a gap along the edge allowing in the hot outside air. some of the walls were patched and the paint texture didnt match the rest of the wall. The patches were smooth, and the walls were textured. Had it not been for the fit & finish work being sloopy, i would have given it 5 stars across the board

Needs pressure washing and many things old and broken

The staff were amazing. Friendly and very helpful. The hotel was bright and clean and welcoming. The breakfast had a good variety but no GRITS:-) It is a renovated older hotel and they did a great job. The only thing that would keep me from staying here again is that the rooms do not afford any privacy if you open the curtains because they face a walkway. So people walking by to their rooms can see in your room. I need outside light and that was hard for me. If that doesn't matter to you, this is a great choice. Family-friendly , good location, reasonable prices, clean, wonderful staff.
